In US failing democracy, corporations and rich individuals have far greater influence on policy making than ordinary citizens. Under Trump administration, US has a bad oligarchy that remove checks and balances on power, violate or ignore rule of law and put its interests ahead of country to enrich themselves.

How about side stepping the legal rights of people here on visas that he is scooping off the streets under another authoritarian power grab?
Midnight is right, Trump is not that far away from Maduro and other dictators who use fringe strategies to control their political objectives. What shocks me more is that nobody is putting a stop to his reign of terror, it is out of control and having unchecked power grab is completely against our form of government and the framework of our country.
All anyone has to do is just look to the north, under former governor Justin all these liberal policies worked right? It took years and years for it to show it works, doesn't it?
You are not a dictator for going against the system, when the system is broken. We literally went from one extreme to another as far as policies and left/right, and if you want to be real.... from the year 2000 on in the US as far as government is concerned has been fucked to the 9th degree. it's not just who's been elected president, the whole system needs to be purged. the whole computer needs a rebuild. when a small judge thinks he can make a president bring an illegal back to the US so the illegal can have due process the whole system is fucked. when another judge thinks they can walk someone out the back door to run away from ICE, then the system is fucked.

I am not. That was a tangential followup to the faulty premise.
Many President misinterpret their mandate when they enter office.
But there should not be a problem if the folks in place to check his actions (if they are overstepping) do their jobs. For example, judicial decisions have handed down unconstitutional rulings on executive decisions many times in the past.
What exact action are you concerned about the most? Not a bunch of generalities but exactly what issue do you think he is overstepping and not being checked on?
Multiple courts agreed that Trump administration made mistakes in deportations. US constitution intends separation of powers to provide checks and balances in government. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Duty of judicial branch is to challenge illegal policies from executive and legislative branches. So blocking Trump bad policies is what a functioning system is supposed to do. Polls show most Americans think Trump should obey court orders.
During the Obama Admin the ACLU cried foul that no more than 25% of deportees were given hearings yet here we are today screaming due process.
The real problem was allowing, encouraging, and facilitating the mass, unchecked immigration in the first place. It was obviously done on purpose and NOT for the good of the country, not for the good of actual immigrants who would be an assest to our country, rather for the good of themselves and their political party. They used these people for their own gain and now these people suffer more. And they used ambiguous laws to circumvent the will of the people.
They dragged Trump through kangaroo courts where the prosecutors were more criminal than the defendent. They convicted him, they impeached him twice, where did it get ya?

Several and probably most of what he is doing to be honest.
The tariff onslaught is a waste of time and is no question breaking the law, we are not at war there is no way he should be using an executive order for this or for most of what he is doing.
Minority round up and deportation in mass without process. They are using fake schemes and lies to validate these decisions but it is exaggerations and lies much like the glaring example of the man who got sent to El Salvador, he was on a visa and there is no proof of the claims being made against him and as I mentioned earlier there is no checks and balances because Trump is pulling a dictator move and eliminating the other branches of the government.
The elimination of government jobs by a non-approved outside group, this is another blaringly obvious example of executive order overreach and is eliminating the process where congress, our elected officials are involved in large decision not a dictator controlling from the executive branch.
There has been no checks to his rampage of power and control, the courts will take longer if at all to correct his abuses and he KNOWS THIS, he is going against the framework of our country and there is no validation that you and your friends are using that the left is to blame and has wrecked the country, there is still a legal legislative process we have to follow even if you either agree with his choices or are trying to blame another side for the condition of the country.

I was quite clear and detailed, I am not interested in you trying to dissect a response by using minute nuances, the issue is the use of executive powers and the fact he is lying and deceiving to do so and in the process is side stepping the checks and balances which intentionally exist in the framework of our government and country.
What i do or do not like really has nothing to do with the core discussion, there is no need to try and bring opinion in on a fundamental concept about checks and balances and executive overreach.
What Trump is doing would be akin to Biden using his executive power to pay off every single dime of student loans and back pay 100 years of student loan costs because he felt the measure had merit and we are at war.

The officer asked the others to write their names on a piece of paper, they scribbled nonsense. Tennessee Highway Patrol contacted the Biden Admin FBI who said let them go and Biden's ICE never followed up.
