Truthers, where are the passengers of Flight 77 and 93?

flip-flop much? you believe the govt. would kill everyone on flight 93 and you believe the govt. made a decision to knowingly allow  allow the the attacks on the towers and pentagon to happen yet you find the "INSIDE JOB SCENARIO" "far fetched?
let me ask you this, if my brother tells me he is going to rob the bank where i work and say/do nothing, and he does in fact rob the bank am i any less guilty of robbing the bank? or at the very least of being a co-conspirator?

I live near the site where the plane "Crashed"

There were quite a few witnesses that had seen explosions on the plane while it was in the air and then came down awkwardly and it was on fire. They had also reported seeing jets in the air.

After the original interviews with these witnesses right after the "Crash" these interviews were never heard from again and this whole "The passengers crashed the plane" story came out...

I have no problem with the United States shooting down the plane, but dammit come out and say that you did it, don't use the passengers as scapgoats...

What are the odds that a group of passengers with no flying experience could crash the plane in the middle of nowhere..?

Operation Northwoods aside, I think it is far more probable that the planes were remotely controlled by computer rather than the hijackers conducting such perfect maneuvers. The supposed pilots were terribly skilled as said by the person that trained them.

So...your saying its easier to perform perfect maneuvers via remote control than it is behind the driver's seat?

There is no way a plane should have even came within 3 miles of the pentagon. Just plain old common sense tells you something doesnt smell right.

Fatal Bombing of Philippine Airlines Flight 434

Still needing a successful trial run Yousef boarded a Philippine Airlines Boeing 747 designated as PAL434 from Manila to Tokyo, Japan with a stopover at Cebu on December 11, 1994. His identity for the flight was that of an Italian man named Armaldo Forlani. The cabin crew for this leg of the flight would later tell investigators that Yousef changed seats several times during the relatively short flight with his last seat change coming after a return from the lavatory.^[17]

Yousef assembled a bomb in the lavatory and put it in the lifejacket pocket under Seat 26K on the right-hand side of the fuselage^[18] setting the timer to detonate the explosives four hours later. Domestic flight attendant Maria Delacruz noticed that Yousef kept switching seats during the course of the Manila to Cebu flight but during the change over the next crew were not warned of this behaviour.^[17] Yousef and 25 other passengers also left the plane at Cebu. 256 passengers and a different cabin crew boarded in Cebu. Many of them consisted of Japanese people; some of them were coworkers traveling as part of a tour group. Airport congestion delayed the departure of Flight 434 from Cebu for 38 minutes. All of the passengers had boarded by 8:30 a.m. with the bomb having been planted around two hours earlier. PAL 434 cleared for takeoff at 8:48 a.m.^[17]

Two hours before arrival at Tokyo the bomb exploded at 11:43 a.m. while Flight 434 cruised on autopilot 31,000 feet (9,400 m) above Minami Daito Island^[17] which is located near Okinawa Island and is 260 miles (420 km) southwest of Tokyo.

The explosion ripped the body of 24-year old Haruki Ikegami (????, Ikegami Haruki^?), a Japanese businessman occupying the seat, in half.^[17] Ten passengers sitting in the seats in front of and behind Ikegami were also injured with one needing urgent medical care. The bomb tore out a two square foot (0.2 m²) portion of the cabin floor revealing the cargo hold underneath but the fuselage of the plane stayed intact.

In spite of the damage to the steering and aileron controls the cockpit crew coordinated throttle settings and air speed decreases to get the plane turned back towards land. Captain Eduardo Reyes was able to make an emergency landing at Naha Airport on Okinawa (southern Japan), saving 272 passengers and 20 crew. The plane quickly turned into a crime scene and bomb fragments found in and around the blast zone, as well as the lower half of Ikegami's body, provided clues pointing investigators back to Manila.

After the successful test run of his trial bomb Yousef returned to Manila and began preparing at least a dozen bombs each with a larger weight of explosive materials. But just weeks before the Bojinka Plot was due to be launched a fire started in Yousef's Manila flat which made the apartment staff suspicious and police, led by Aida Fariscal, raided the flat and soon uncovered the plot. A Philippine National Police raid in another Manila apartment also revealed evidence that Abdul Murad, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Yousef had drawn up plans for flying an airplane into the CIA headquarters. The information was passed on to the FAA who warned individual airlines.^[19]

Exactly - within a 17 mi radius of the Wash monument is probably the most protected air space in the world. The 911 commission report was a huge joke & insult to the American people with all it left out & things in it that were flat out false. Basically no investigation at all. Takes very little common sense & just a bit of objective logic & critical thinking to see it for the BS it was even if one can't know all the details. Bush/Cheney & that gang couldn't have withstood any amount of real & serious investigation much less the questioning of all involved  

I can understand how some people theorize that Flight 93 was shot down. I don't think the facts bear that out, particulalry the phone calls made (which could only have been made by the flight traveling under roughly 10,000 feet, which supports the official version of events).

But I don't understand the Pentagon missle theory unless you believe that the entire 9/11 event was one big conspiracy. Was the idea that fabricating a plane flying into the Pentagon the thing that would really push us into war?

Outside of that, let's think about this..

1) OBL admitted orchestrating it.

2) We know who the hijackers were. Pilots and flight attendants contacted authorities after hijacking. Are truthers suggesting that they were plants of the US government to act as the fall guys?

3) Why war in Afghan? If it was a vast conspiracy under the Operation Northwoods auspice, why not a country like Iraq. War in Afghan didn't provide us any strategic assistance in terms of location, oil, etc.

4) I understand the argument that our government has lied. But this isn't akin to JFK conspiracy which could've been carried out by a very select few. Rather, think of the hundreds, maybe thousands of people that would have been involved. Yet, outside of wild theories, there are no verifiable facts to support, and what is the motivation? (Yes, I realize that Operation Northwoods was about a reason to attack Cuba, but that was based on strategic means because of Cuba's proximity...again, Afghan is not comparable).

According to the Filipino's they found terror plots on the laptop of Ramsi Yousef after the fire/explosion in their apartment in Manilla.

Would have been terribly difficult in my eyes to have select members of the Filipino govt involved.

You have no more idea of exactly what happened & how/why any more than I or anyone else does. What I'm saying is that even outside of all the different theories (some of which may or may not have any merit), there is more than enough documentation & known facts/testimony alone that warranted & still warrant a full, intensive investigation & hearings.

Let's stop giving these people the dignity of associating the word truth with them, and call them what they really are- conspiracy nuts.  Any time a traumatic event rocks our national psyche, people with too much time on their hands and too little knowledge come out of the woodwork with their cockamamie half assed theories.  Why is it so hard for people to believe the obvious- islamic terrorists hijacked planes and crashed them into buildings- occam's razor folks- this is a simple, elegant, and correct solution.  No nefarious conspiracies necessarily involving thousands of people, from the president and his admin and high ranking military personnel to lowly airport workers, cooked up in smoky rooms by cackling villains.  No disappearing hundreds of people.  It is absolutely shitbat crazy that people believe this drivel.  Does our gov't lie to us?  Pretty much every day.  Are there evil men in posditions of power in this country?  Of course.  Did some profit greatly from this tragedy?  Again, of course, but these people were oportunists, not conspirator.  Fucking al qaeda claimed responsibility.  You assholes saw two fucking airliners fly into the towers killing 3000 people.  What, that didn't give those who wanted war enough of a pretext so they shot a goddamn missile at the pentagon?  Just to kill a few dozen more people for shits and giggles?  Give me a fucking break.

was watching a special on 9/11 last night on fox and i thought a few things bush said were very interesting.

Before leaving that school at 9:30 a.m. before the towers had even come down and before they really had any info on what was happening, bush said in his speech a full scale investigation was being ordered and that the govt would hunt down the people who did this where ever they are. They had no info on who did the tower attacks and could have just been 2 people on 2 planes without nobody else involved. Everybody that was involved in the tower attacks could have been on the planes, thus being no other people to hunt down for the attacks.

He said hunt down because he already knew about these attacks way in advance. This was nothing more then a reason to go to war and get trillions of dollars into the hands of defense contractors.

Some of you need to stop believing the bullshit the govt tells you and just use a little common sense.

 

And to all the people who keep saying it was a plane and not a missile that hit the pentagon, then show me a fucking clear picture of an airliner heading towards the building.

Lastly you guys have got to be crazy to believe that a plane could even get close to the pentagon on any day of the week, let alone the day 2 planes fly into the towers. There is no way it could have got close to the pentagon, unless they wanted it to hit the building. Common sense is all you need to realize that, unless you believe our defense systems on buildings like the pentagon are that weak

CD, our government is not omnipotent.  Sure we have defenses, but they were not built around defending against an attack like this.  All northwoods bullshit aside, this attack was totally unprecedented, and there was probably as general state of chaos at all levels as the attack was unfolding.  As for showing you a clear picture of a plane hitting the pentagon, I can't, because there isn't one, put you sure as shit don't have a clear picture of a missile hitting it either, and the burden of proof lies with the one making the outlandish, contrarian claim.  Were all the structural engineers who explained with perfect clarity precisely how a plane had done the damage part of your nefarious conspiracy as well?  Perhaps the legion of doom has all their children held hostage and will kill them if the let the horrible, horrible truth slip out.  Sorry to be such an asshole, i like a lot of your posts, but this conspiracy shit really bugs me- it dishonors our country and the lives of those who perished that morning.
