We are remodeling 2 properties & a woman from Columbia is our contractor. They installed hurricane proof window, laid our floors, upgraded our electric, installed the cabinetry & appliances. And best of all, they dealt with the city to get the necessary permits so we didn't have to deal with all that bullshit.
