Grant.   The newest survey puts Biden well ahead of Trump, who places dead last as the worst president ever!NY TIMES - Joe Biden may, in part, owe his placein the top third to his GOP predecessor:

So you are saying the third worst President is leading the 14th placed President by far. What does that tell you about the list and who made it.
