Trump is an overrated president because his best quality is luck according to Siena college survey of historians.  Luck and willingness to take risks are two out of 20 categories where he ranked outside bottom five among 45 presidents.  He takes credit for the achievements of other people.  DeSantis said that Trump has achieved nothing significant as president.  Washington post calls Trump the luckiest politician alive.
