Being reckless in implementing bad policies is nothing to be proud of.  For examples, project 2025, tariffs, rampant corruption, big ugly bill, threat to democracy and response in pandemic.  Twice impeached Trump deserves to be the worst president in US history because of historians ranking of all presidents under multiple measures.    Integrity.  Intelligence.  Background.  Leadership.  Administrative skill.  Executive appointments. Communication.   Luck.  Moral authority.  Pursuit of equal justice for all.  Economic management.  Foreign relations.  Relations with congress.  Willingness to compromise.   Crisis management.  Absence of mistakes.  Performance under circumstances.

More recent polls show Biden to be ranked the worst POTUS in modern history, which would easily translate to the worst ever.
