How's that wall coming along? Any truth to Mexico paying for it? Is it accurate to say Mexico isn't paying for it? Is it accurate to say Trump used his foundation to pay personal & business bills? If, in fact, the USMCA results in a 200 billion swing in the trade deficit (highly unlikely), good old Donald will claim that is 200 billion for the wall right there.
