Trump's Schedule today. Nothing until 2:30 when he signed an executive order called...get this

The White House Opportunity & Revitalization Council....in a nutshell this is a investment incentive for the private sectors which  includes zero capital gains tax. Trump says there will be 100 billion invested in these "opportunity zones." He's out of his damn mind. But that's not the whole story....

Guess who picked up a ton of this real estate prior to this announcement?

Jared Freaking Kushner

Six days ago he bought 13 million in New Jersey beachfront property that qualifies as a "opportunity zone." Previously Kushner purchased 10 other properties that qualify for this program which will be under the direction of Ben Freaking Carson. Remember him?

How can this not outrage every American including his supporters.

Wake up America!

This sounds like a good program ..that will create jobs and spur economic growth in ignored communities..

The program was a bipartisan collaboration ....Steve Glickman, a former Obama administration official helped design the program ...

Any capital gains from those investments will be untaxed if they're held for more than 10 years........

Kushner bought property recently in Long Branch, NJ & it's a beachfront community. No Section 8 housing will be built there.

It probably will help investors more than the communities they are investing in...however that seems to me ..part of the incentive to draw private investments for affordable housing and revitalization of the disadvantaged community's..

..and yes of course if the the rules of the program are not spelled out well and enforced ,,some of these developer's will take advantage of the investment program...

I never directed Michael Cohen to break the law. He was a lawyer and he is supposed to know the law. It is called “advice of counsel,” and a lawyer has great liability if a mistake is made. That is why they get paid. Despite that many campaign finance lawyers have strongly......

....stated that I did nothing wrong with respect to campaign finance laws, if they even apply, because this was not campaign finance. Cohen was guilty on many charges unrelated to me, but he plead to two campaign charges which were not criminal and of which he probably was not..

...guilty even on a civil basis. Those charges were just agreed to by him in order to embarrass the president and get a much reduced prison sentence, which he did-including the fact that his family was temporarily let off the hook. As a lawyer, Michael has great liability to me!

Trump's inauguration committee is under criminal investigations by federal prosecutors.  To exchange money for political favors violate corruption laws.  Ilegal to accept foreign donations such as from middle east countries.    Also millions of dollars are allegedly misspent.  Surplus funds are redirected instead of going to charities. Another blow to Trump as investigations continue to grow.
