And here in lies the problem. You only care about after the fact. You don't give a shit that these 2 idiots put themselves in a situation that 99.99999999999% of us have never put ourselves in. These 2 are truly idiots. She didn't feel the need to have evidence if untrained yadda yadda yadda. She was filing because she is an opportunist and wanted 15 minutes of fame and she put her wife in that situation FOR THE VIDEO. She got her wife killed over it. Period. The wife went down there to cause trouble. Period. She admitted to it. Period.

 It doesnt matter if your entire thesis is 100% correct, it does not matter that two people acted out for whatever their reasons were, that is not the measure of expectation of behavior for people in this position. You could be totally right and still your conclusion is totally wrong. There is no reason you shoot someone given all the scenarios we have and all the fake ones I made up. 

Nobody is cheering for the loss of life either, that is so absurd and obtuse it just shows how partisan this society is. People are angry and shocked and are protesting as they should. An armed individual especially one which is forcing their jaded agenda on the general public has to be held to a HIGHER, the HIGHEST standard possible.

There is no excuse or rationalization.

I have not seen this and my agenda is to protect the rights of the common citizen. I would say the same if the party affiliation was opposite but you obviously based on your usual replies did not and would not.

I have not addressed the party or beliefs of this citizen at ALL...the only thing I did was exaggerate the absurd narrative to be even more absurd for a point. CNN reports ICE agents cannot arrest peaceful protesters, stop vehicles without reasonable cause or use pepper spray.

Disturbing pattern of ICE agents claiming self defense and weaponized cars even when evidence contradicts claim.  ICE agents are subject to same standard for use of force as local police.  They are not supposed to shoot moving car or prevent escape of suspect because of the risk of stray bullets.  Also gun should be last resort under reasonable belief of serious threat.  But no evidence shows Minneapolis victim poses such a threat.

Simply getting hit is fine enough evidence.  Even accelerating toward someone is fine evidence.

Stupid logic. You can be dragged, run over by tire, crack your head open hitting the pavement, etc. 

The officers decided enough was enough. They were going to arrest her for obstruction. One told her to get out, another stood in front of the vehicle. She put the vehicle in reverse and then drive. Bad choice.

Could it have gone down better? Oh yeah. Playing arm-chair quarterback the officers could have used their vehicles to pin her vehicle in but that didn't happen. It is a sad lose of life. So stupid.

According to US constitution, not illegal to protest, follow, film or insult law enforcement officers.  Instead of de-escalating tensions, Trump administration doubles down on threat to repress dissent which is typical in authoritarian regimes.  Polls show most Americans disapprove of current ICE.

If that makes you sleep better at night - but he was never in danger - like no danger at all - even though it is literally his part of his job to put himself in dangerous situations all day (and de-escalate them  - but the stuff you list are bullshit - none of that would happen versus a car going 2 miles an hour if you did any kind of effort to just walk past it or in worst case slide over the front of the car !!

Has this even been happening at all?  I have only seen the ones where they were not peacefully protesting, but were interfering or throwing things at them or getting in their way intentionally, etc.

So, was a 'ruling' even needed.  If anything it looks as anticipatory and shows a bias against law enforcement.
