To think, all this madness happening was caused by this... “I made her come down here, it’s my fault,” Goods wife said. Some people have no critical thinking abilities. We should bring back common sense in this Country. To think, if this wife would have truly been supportive and wanted to make change, she could have went about this completely different and her wife would still be there and the world would know her for her contributions and not idiotiotc thinking. Why are people celebrating this women and donating money to her? It's truly unbelievable what's happening right now. 

Trump administration blames media and victim.  Claiming she is a tragedy of her own making.  However video evidences contradict their claims.  Instead FBI refusal to cooperate with Minnesota investigation only increase public distrust.  Polls show most Americans believe ICE shooting was unjustified.

ICE is controversial now because of harsh enforcement tactics, militarized operation, lack of transparency, and human rights violations.  For examples, family separation, poor detention conditions and lack of due process.   Under Trump administration, law enforcement professionals become MAGA gestapo.

 I've never intentionally blocked a road intersection of a US Law enforcement team and then clamed to be a victim. You must have video of Good driving in between the lines and obeying Law enforcement, right? Can you please provide the video from your statement that video contradicts claims? Are you up for a conversation, or do you just copy and paste and that's your only contribution to the forum? I can't recall one post when you discuss YOUR OWN PERSONAL THOUGHTS.

 So she is blocking the road if I follow your partisan agenda and the snow cover being blown by the conservative side, so she blocks the road 100% completely...say she even blocks a 10 lane highway and the entire highway is ICE agents on the hunt for the brown guy driving the 1970 Chevy towards the boarder, so she is blocking the road lets go with that.

When does blocking the road OR lets take it a step further she is blocking the road, hurling lots of cuss words, looking Vance style angry red face temper tantrum and she has ultra liberal bumper stickers, has ultra liberal music blasting and has a youtube trans influencer in the passenger side telling the ICE agents they suck and go to home..

Is this loaded enough with partisan trash to form a super conservative construct? Yeah so lets go with that even though none is true...

All of this does not equate to shooting the individual period. Ive seen countless video examples of SWAT engagements where there is a shooter and the white guy is pointing the gun at the agents and shouting he is going to kill the entire lot etc...and Ive seen over and over the approach is to do EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to NOT shoot the person, you talk them down and negotiate you try to engage the person to surrender or even set up the possibility to take the person down by diversion.

I see absolutely ZERO reason for this action even with every single ridiculous scenario the TNC can engineer, I see zero reason to have shot this person, they were at best PESTERING ICE, that does not equate to shooting an unarmed citizen and I have no idea how any on your side can lawyer ball the issue and sadly create cover for a mistake your side was responsible for.

 If If If If If If. We can play that game all day. The fact is, the dumb dumb was encouraged to use her vehicle in a way that can be perceived as a weapon. Why does your side encourage people to be this dumb? You can look at the city leaders in this case. Pretty high up ranking individuals that actually encourage this crap. Now, you and I and other posters in here are discussing an absolute idiot. Neither of us are in the position of the person that fired their weapon so we can not speak for them. Cooler heads should have prevailed in this case. IF you go back to the start, this could have all been avoided and should have been avoided. But here we are, discussing idiots and their decisions. I'm not sticking up for the shooter, I am trying to go back to the origination of this specific situation.

 Why can't your side admit Good should have never been there to begin with? The left wants to blame the shooter but it was the actions of Good that put both of them in this situation. Your side wants to continue to blame Trump, but takes 0 accountability. 

Since I know you won't give a legitimate answer, I'll provide one....They're opportunists. Just like everyone else who films instead of trying to help a situation. They are opportunistic in nature and this was premediated. They took the liberties of being a US citizen too far and you people want to encourage more of this non sense. There is zero validation for the actions taken period. I dont care about a technicality and legality that is not the measure of my analysis and it should not be of yours. This lady was not a mass killer strapped with explosives to harm society, she was at best an over the top upset citizen AT BEST.

She looks like 100 other parents I used to see in the car lane for after school pickup in her red Honda Pilot, this cover is a partisan stupid joke.

Ill answer that because to me there is no reason even if we stretch your partisan take to the extreme, there is still NO REASON to shoot her. At best you detain and you carefully and cautiously try to reduce the situation, that is protocol and that is training, that is reasonable behavior. 

Was this lady or the awful liberal spouse pointing an assault weapon at the guy, were they brandishing a gun or a grenade or even a knife? I saw the video she is doing nothing but expressing her constitutional right to protest EVEN IF we take the partisan view you have that she was blocking the road, that does not equate to shooting that equates to detaining at most at very most.

One person has a gun and is supposed to be trained at respectful handling of tense situations and those where there is risk, that is how they are to act in this society and that is the measure of expectation. 

My side is of every single citizen facing weapons when they have none and if there is not an expectation of those holding weapons to do everything in their power to NOT SHOOT then this country is not about freedoms and the constitution and about protections because if this is valid then no citizen has reasonable expectation of educated and balanced behavior from those with the guns who are supposed to uphold and protect all citizens, not brazenly act like they are a bandito in Mexico driving in a caravan looking to cause trouble using the law as a shield (this was my personal experience several times while in Mexico btw)

Been in that same situation down South....scary stuff for sure.  I think the vast majority of Americans would agree with this "expectation" outlined above.  Two things can be true at once of course;  To believe in this expectation of minimal protection of said person.....And....The fact that this woman and her spouse were there for reasons outside of "going to the grocery store for milk".  It is obvious they wanted to participate in voicing their constitutional right to protest.  Which, by all videos there were multiple others on the sidelines video taping and protesting ICE actions.  Difference is those protesting on "sidelines" vs. using your vehicle to block ICE operations.  People want to compare it to the Jan 6th killing of the Babitt woman.  OK fine, two people made conscious decisions to take part in actions that led to their needless deaths.  Both were unarmed, although one could argue per legal precedent that one of these people were armed by way of vehicle, and the two shootings were completely unnecessary.  Again, two things can be true at the same time..... The SWAT vs. ICE comparison is fair in that we are looking at two separate government entities with two separate sets of standards.  

For the record, I think it is absolutely ridiculous for an American poster on this site to continually call for the elimination of roughly 50% of the voting population.  The bolsheviks are alive and well in this Country and it is quite disturbing that one of them continues for years now voicing his opinion that they should be cleansed from the world.  I haven't seen one MAGA around here since 2019 call for killing of ANY fellow American, much less someone who didn't "vote their way".  Hate Trump fine, big deal. Call for his downfall, end, etc. Fine, no problem.  But a genocide of fellow Americans based on what exactly???  Oh, you voted for Dumpy?  Boom, wish you death....sorry, not down with that and never have been.  Simply amazing the brazenness to repeat this on a regular basis.

I haven't listened to or read the conversations, was she asked to get out of the car (so she could be detained)? If so, I'd like to see you carefully detain someone who is not obeying lawful orders. You go be the nice guy to someone that has ill will towards you. 

One can make the case that a cell phone/ video is a weapon. Videos can and are edited to push a narrative. The tool is only as powerful as the person using it. The gun didn't fire itself and videos can be edited.  Have you not seen the Cold Play concert? 

She was blocking the road. Mistake number 4. Mistake one and 2 were listening to her wife and getting into this situation in the first place. Mistake 3 was not thinking for herself for if she were, she would have asked why her dumb-ass wife wasn't the one blocking the road. 

Again, I will ask you, why do you think the wife was outside filming? That is the topic of the 1st post and thread.

 I dont care if the wife was filming, maybe they felt the need to have evidence if these untrained warriors did something out of line, WHICH THEY DID and her filming seems pretty on point and telling about how citizens feel regarding this show of abuse from Trump and his organization. 

Ive seen plenty of cars as a weapon videos and I do not recall shooting being done to the car unless the car is SHOOTING AT THEM. Ive seen tire spikes Ive seen bump procedures Ive seen box in procedures, Ive seen slow mo chases and tailings Ive seen many things and very very very rarely shootings, the shootings are when the officers or people are being shot at and never otherwise.

More and more people are filming things because citizens in the US are feeling abused from authority and the view that Trump has no regard for the common citizen and especially for non-white folk is going to make things much worse as it continues.

Yeah whatever you say maga. Trump is the greatest human ever created.  Karma is a bitch and it always shows itself at some point.
