Hormuz traffic "weakened further" over weekend

Traffic through the Strait of Hormuz has remained “subdued” over the past week and “weakened further into the weekend,” maritime intelligence firm Kpler said Monday, even as Iran and Oman signal an agreement on navigation through the key waterway could be within reach.

Confirmed crossings fell from 15 on Friday to just 6 on Sunday, Kpler said. 

Trump just said that the US is in full control of the strait that the navy is the only party with control.
