FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — Florida hospitals slammed with COVID-19 patients are suspending elective surgeries and putting beds in conference rooms, an auditorium and a cafeteria. In Georgia, medical centers are turning people away for lack of space. And a Louisiana hospital had to postpone an organ transplant.

“We are seeing a surge like we’ve not seen before in terms of the patients coming,” Dr. Marc Napp, chief medical officer for Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida, said Wednesday. “It’s the sheer number coming in at the same time. There are only so many beds, so many doctors, only so many nurses.”

Coronavirus hospitalizations are surging again as the more contagious delta variant rages across the country, forcing medical centers to return to a crisis footing just weeks after many closed their COVID-19 wards and field hospitals and dropped other emergency measures.

The number of people now in the hospital in the U.S. with the virus has more than tripled over the past month, from an average of roughly 12,000 to almost 43,000, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

 Also, a disturbingly large share of patients this time are young adults.

And to the frustration of public health experts and front-line medical workers, the vast majority of those now hospitalized are unvaccinated.

Florida, Georgia and Louisiana alone account for nearly 40% of all hospitalizations in the country. Louisiana and Georgia have some of the lowest vaccination rates in the nation, with around 38% of their populations fully inoculated. Florida is closer to the national rate, at 49%. By way of comparison, most New England states are well over 60%.

Still relying on the fraudulent and fake testing is not an option for you any longer. Just proves your willing to continue coning Covers Brothers. That's why you have no credibility.

Australia is currently under dystopian, military enforced lockdown despite less than 5 Covid deaths a day. Out of a population of 25.8 million, fewer than 1k Australians have died from Covid 19 to date and Melbourne just entered its 6th lockdown as their citizens are practically being placed under house arrest. 

This is all particularly bizarre given that countless studies have shown the ineffectiveness of stay-at-home orders and lockdown policies. In fact, most "Covid 19" spread happens at home. If lockdowns could really vanquish Covid 19, why would Australian cities be on their 6th one? I think most of know the answer. This whole scamdemic was always about holding the public hostage to a fear campaign that promised their freedom returned if they would just take the Big Pharma "cure" = the fake vaccine. Just as I have been warning about here on Covers, a whole 17 months ago. These draconian measures now are a strong armed attempt to force people to get the jabs, as they realize that censorship and propaganda hasn't convinced the majority of people to obey their tyrannical demands.

Funny how DoubleUp won't answer any legit questions that I asked him. Why does he trust big Pharma so much? My daughter personally had tons of issues due to taking the HPV vaccine several years ago. Vaccines are not and will not ever be totally safe. Everyone should be allowed to take it or not based on their own research and personal beliefs without being made to feel guilty. The CDC has admitted that those who are vaccinated can and do catch Covid as well as spread it. So the $10,000,000 dollar question is why take it?

Reasons to take the vaccine: 1- to prevent the spread of Covid................. it does NOT prevent the spread

                                          2- those who take it don't get as sick or die.................maybe, maybe not........ so they say

So why do people care if I take the vaccine? I am in charge of my own health and won't die from Covid. So I'm not taking the vaccine as I already had Covid and it wasn't a big deal. 

DoubleUp-  give me one reason why I should take the vaccine? I could still spread it- vaxxed or not so why is it so important to make people take an experimental, non-FDA approved vaccine?

By the way, the gov't overlords  were pushing for FDA approval by September but it may be another 6-9 months before it gets approved, if it gets approved. The side effects and deaths that can be attributed to the vaccines are on the rise and are getting harder and harder for the CDC to cover up.

We've witnessed 2 polar opposite ends of the spectrum...While I've seen  people get better after Covid,  some without any symptoms at all , I've also seen 4 people die and one other need a kidney transplant ...None of the 4 were in poor health , 3 of the 4 were probably in the best shape of their lives. . The CDC has ordered a moratorium on owners evicting nonpaying tenants until at least October. Who gave them this power? Certainly not the spineless congress and this action is unconstitutional but we no longer have a functioning judiciary.
