How rigged are these sports getting ?

Tulane Florida 2h prime example.   Vegas made sure it went over the 2h total because 92% at Caesar’s were on the under 2h.   Just cost me $1800 haven’t been this mad in along time.  Had the over 43.5 on 4 diff tickets and lose the under 2h chasing.  Tulane coach needs shot
