The NFLPA argued that Watson's offenses were very similar to Robert Kraft's. Charges were dropped against Kraft and the NFL did nothing to punish him. Watson was never prosecuted for a crime. He was never found guilty of anything, and I'm pretty sure he didn't admit guilt. He was sued in civil court by quite a few women. Lawsuits happen all the time, especially against wealthy people. Would the women have sued if he was making $60k/year working some regular job somewhere? Probably not. Watson apparently loved the rub-and-tug. This doesn't make him a rapist or a predator. Don't get it twisted - I'm not saying the guy didn't do anything wrong. But the 6 game suspension seems about right to me.

I’m genuinely surprised no one has mentioned Judge Sue Robinson noting this as the most “egregious predatory behavior” she’s dealt with in a ruling.
His lack of remorse, doubling down after getting 6 claiming it should be 0, is abhorrent.
The Kraft comparison is not apples to apples at all, despite what the NFLPA argued. Kraft went to a parlor. DW solicited, in many cases non-licensed, down on their luck start ups, and dictated terms (his towels, NDAs, undisclosed locations, etc.) You want a massage there is a way to get one. You want to play out some sick power trip fantasy, you do what DW did. 66 times.
Whatever the case, I’m just glad the court of public opinion and now the NFL ain’t buying it.

I think you can't compare those two:
1. The evidence in case Ridley is clear, in Watson it isn't.
2. Betting activities by players is hurting image NFL badly as a whole. The thing with Watson doesn't do that directly.

I am a Browns die-hard and I fucking hate this guy, the organization for making the move (and the contract), and all the words coming from the coaches to brush it under the rug. Sad because they have an all-star roster too.
