I'm on the fade train here as well. Though my 2* plays were on the Skins and Niners this week, I should have made a 3* play on the Bears upon seeing this thread.
Suuma - you do a nice job of pointing out some of the more obvious factors in games, which certainly is of some use. But as someone else mentioned, there is more to each game than that. It's a week to week league in the NFL.
Nonetheless, I have a handful of casual bettors that I talk to regularly; like yourself, I will be utilizing their opinions to gauge public sentiments and help highlight contrarian value plays for the week.
