Sorry for the typos, I was laughing as I typed. I am sure most of us are smart enough to figure out the coded english message above. I said most. I am sure we all know who won't understand it.

I still think Oakland was a solid play.  They were up 7-0 and were within striking distance most of the game.  They were one onside kick recovery away from turning a lot of peoples' world upside down.

Square, circular or triangular, Colts were the play with Manning in a must-win situation. Of course, if you hate the Colts, if you hate Manning, you can talk yourself into believing anything. Like Vegas cares one way or another how one person bets a game. Vegas does not control the outcome of football games! Give me a break!

 

 

No, they weren't.  The Raiders were the play, but the Colts got it done, and Colts backers should be thanking Joseph Addai more than Peyton Manning.

Oak was a solid play.  Home teams with above average D, good Running game are always good dog plays.  That is a good situational bet.  Oak has a solid Pass D, and is lousy against the Run.  Indy has a solid Pass attack and weak Run Game.  Good matchups = good situational bet.

Betting a team because "They are in a must-win situation" is not a good situational bet.  That is called a retard, public, square bet. 

Why didn't he win those other 6 games?  Why didnt he cover the 6 games ATS?  Was he not in a must win situation those weeks?

Every game is a "must win" in the NFL.

 

 

Not to mention Oakland was a winning home team (5-2 record) getting points in their final home game against a visiting team with a losing road record.  I still can't believe the Colts got away with another one.  Their 8-6-1 ATS record this season is some kind of miracle.

Either way, this game should not have been a top play for anyone, because arguing for either side had merit.
   People are just mad the fade Peyton Manning theory went 6-8-1 this season. Yes, the Colts are always overvalued because they have Manning, but the bottom line is they won against the spread this season.  Get over it and move on...

just lookin over this now, and I was on the colts and got paid nice for it. I read one post that said it best- Peyton and Indy vs Oakland, and The Colts are out if they lose, how can you not take the COlts?
