Very simple. We already seen that game last year and it wasn't that good of a game. Steelers without Shazier are not a good defensive team.

The Bills scored 3 points Because Tyrod has a horrible time seeing open WR's/TE's 15 yards down field ...
My Buddy sent me some footage of Charles Clay and O leary wide open several times in the middle of the field and Tyrod does not even go threw 2 of his progressions , Just Locked on one target most of the time

I would say the NFL script scenrios from time to time and the fix games a lot. They don't need to script everything at the start, they would make adjustment as they go just like the soap opera. They will fix games when there are so much money involved. I am very sure that there are lots of dead Teasers and ML parlay with Pits as PK.
Every day out of the red is a big win.
