Angels F5 +0.5 makes sense to me Prelineup 

Urena has been solid overall and has already pitched well against Texas this year. Texas hasn’t exactly been swinging a hot bat either. Then you have deGrom on the other side, and while obviously he’s still Jacob deGrom, this hasn’t been a particularly good opponent or ballpark for him historically, including getting hit hard by the Angels in Anaheim earlier this season

Dodgers F5 side

Sasaki has been pitching much better lately and looks like he may finally be settling in, allowing three earned runs or fewer in each of his last five starts. Milwaukee is disciplined at the plate, but they don’t hit for much power, which helps neutralize one of Sasaki’s biggest weaknesses. On the other side, Drohan has been solid, but he’s still a non elite left-hander facing a Dodgers lineup that has hit left handed pitching well all season

Twins F5 side

Bradley has been the more reliable starter this season and gives Minnesota a clear starting pitching edge over Nola, who has struggled throughout the year and comes in with an ERA north of five. Minnesota also gets Buxton back in the lineup, which gives the offense a boost. The Phillies are obviously dangerous, but through five innings this matchup looks like a good spot to back Bradley against a vulnerable Nola.

These are just a few things I’m looking at. I’m still waiting on some lineups and I’m not even 100% sure I’m playing tonight, but I’ve got a little bit of an itch, so I put in the work. We’ll see what happens.

Good luck LV. I'm surprised to see you still look at ERA. 

I definitely don’t base a handicap solely on ERA, but to say I don’t look at it would be a lie. It’s one piece of the puzzle. I get under the hood with FIP/xFIP, WHIP, K/BB, hard hit and barrel rates, home/road splits, recent form and matchup data. ERA still matters. it just doesn’t tell the whole story. I’m old haha

 I'm old too and still look at ERA. 52 here, how about you ? I used to have a beeper that gave me lines from Vegas in the mid 90's :)

 Rick Monday made the comment last night that the Brewers will be an angry bunch after getting swept by SD. He knows a little about baseball.

Urena got hit his last outing; made an early exit. Can't see that weak-ass Texas O scoring much off him. Kid can deal. Halos have hit DeGrom well, but who knows, they could shit the bed tonight.

No clear read on the cornfield game. Taj has the mound edge; Philly's line-up matches up pretty well vs. any RHP.

The Royals gave the Dodgers a run for their $. Even though they got swept, that series was much closer than it looked by the final scores.

The Brewers are on a completely different level than the Royals.

But I agree, Sasaki has been quite incredible in his last 4 starts. He's doing something different.
