Does anyone here still eat McDonald's or Taco Bell?

I have a 4.5 year old so I am right in the "thick of it". I am not saying that I am right or have all of the answers but I am speaking from an angle of experience.
You're fine dude. Kids have a stomach like a vulture. Just not too much at Macs. Consider it a treat on special days.
Scally opened a silly thread.
Taco Bell burritos and tacos btw are fine as a bonus with good daily eating habits.

Mattbrot, I'm not sure if that guy was just kidding or what....leafy greens/green veggies have a tiny number of carbs. I literally am not sure if that guy was joking or not
You guys are confused.
It's either 1. fat 2. protein 3. carb
You can take a guess which one lettuce is.

Lettuce is pretty much like water---it has little in it. Basically zero real nutritional value or detriments.
What does that have to do with it being or not being a carb?
Lettuce gives you fiber. Lettuce does have nutritional value. Not all lettuce are the same- for example iceberg compared to romaine.

Anyways, watch documentaries about food/nutrition, read books by Michael Pollan, and watch Ted Talks by Jaime Oliver and others involved in nutrition.
Lots of easy to find info on Ted Talks, Netflix, YouTube, and books.
I also recommend reading up on monoculture vs polyculture farming. It's really interesting to find out how it affects our world in more ways than just how we eat food.

The sour cream comes out of a spackle gun for god's sake.
My old lady is such a mule headed winch about somethings, that she refuses to even try it because it was my idea. She will continue to plop down those uneven turd like dollips with a spoon, and insist that its better her way. COME ON WOMAN!!! turn off the record player and join us in the 21st century.

All these foods are bad for you, correct, but no where near as bad on your body as stress is...........

Well - I am a vegetarian. Do you know that TB sour cream has gelatin in it? Gelatin is basically ground up cow bones and hooves.
There is no reason to have gelatin in sour cream....
Anyway - haven't eaten MCD or TB in probably 10 years. I think I know why Scal asked - because 10 years ago there were far less choices - but now with all of the fast casual choices out there like Panera, Chipotle etc - I really don't know why someone would eat at MCD or TB either.
