@jwheels86
I only have one play . . . one ticket. I have
1 unit on Miami ML/Alabama ML 2-team parlay
It is my only wager of the entire bowl season. I liked it so much, I thought I would share . . . that's all.

We’ve always agreed more often than not. My eye test is telling me otherwise but I won’t be shocked if Bama finds a way. It’s possible my LSU hometown is affecting my judgement on this one but I see a 27-20 Indiana win on a sloppy field. You are correct that if Bama jumps out early then Indiana is not built to score tons of points quickly. Good luck and good to see you around buddy!!

What you are likely missing, and I say that because the entire world seems to missing it, and that is injuries. In the NFL there is a hyper-focus on injuries. Injury doctors are sprouting up on YT like wild weeds, but when it comes to college football, there is no mention of injuries . . . ever it seems. Yet the #1 issue that Alabama has been facing for the past two month is a rash of injuries, and that has led to inconsistent play which culminated with the MASH Unit that faced UGA in the SEC title game. So consider what your eyes "saw" in the past may not be what is showing up to play IU in the Rose Bowl. I could easily write a book here, but I am really trying to avoid doing so. I will say my coaching connection there survived the coaching change (hint there were only two Saban coaches who survived), and without breaking down both sides of the ball, etc. I'm telling you IU has no shot of winning this game. It will be worse than the OSU game. I think there is a better chance for a blowout than a competitive game. All I will say to you is, root for IU, but please do not wager money on them.

I haven't even looked on this forum in forever, the one night I check it out we're both back here lol..
The harder of the ML ticket by far already hit the pay out must be pretty bulky on that

Yes, I thought Miami/OSU was more of a coin flip game, but knew that Miami was the more motivated team. IU/Alaama is going to be a blowout.

Jimmy is a legend when it comes to betting on or against Bama. Not many people can make me rethink or change a bet. He is one of them.
And I rarely back down off of a play!

Yes, it's a bigger mismatch. Aside from Alabama generally being a terrible matchup for IU (IU matches up better with a conventional smashmouth type of teams), Alabama is simply the more talented team. They are bigger, stronger, faster and much more battle tested than IU. This will be the best defense and seconday IU has faced all season, and Alabama's offense will be the best and most explosive offense they have faced all season. I have a ton of respect for Cignetti, and IU is probably the more assignment sound team, but at the end of the day it comes down to the Jimmies and Joes, and Cignetti is not dressing out for this game. Alabama is finally healthy so Indiana will face the best team Alabama has fielded all season. I expect this game to be something like 17-0, 21-0 at the half, and the final score to be something like 31-10.

If you feel so strongly about Bama basically blowing Indiana out why only 1 unit on the parlay? ![]()
