I thought about it. I am hoping because of their short passes and good running game it will not be much of a factor. Honestly. Just have a gut feel that emotion and focus might be the difference. They better get em now because I expect big improvement from Texas next year just a gut feel. Plus it's more fun when they are good. Even more great B12 games. GL bud.

DO NOT expose yourself to losing both bets - the REVERSE MIDDLE. (for ex: Ball +21.5 BG -23.5...it lands on 23 you lose both)
I think this can save people their betting careers. From experience those lose both/reverse middles will absolutely destroy you and they will happen. Awesome advice ur giving Mega!!

That's the spirit slomotion (and mean that sincerely, not sarcastically). Most of us on here have a great amount to be thankful for. Was watching the news last week re that terrorist attack in Mali, and kept on thinking "What a God forsaken place to live." Meanwhile, my big "stressor" right now is whether I should wait for TTU to (possibly) go to 2.5 or 3.

Thanks Mega, for all the analysis, and hard work. I was mistaken about Longhorns final game being against Baylor, not the traditional Aggie final, now that they are in SEC. You are absolutely correct, in your thought that Texas has no shot beating Baylor. Makes your Tech pick make more sense. I get it. Thanks for entire thread not throwing me under the bus. Better get on the Red Raider wagon, lose a little juice and play it at +1.5. Much appreciated.

Mega you are absolutely the greatest handicapper I have ever come across. I love reading your posts. They make my day!!! I have a question for you. I hope you can help me. Notre Dame vs Stanford? I truly hope this game ends up being one of your plays for the week. I am in love with Stanford to win big over Notre Dame but I am not going to bet it unless you are on them! FRIDAY ACC Pitt 6 Miami (56)

Seems like a less-than ideal matchup for Miami....Kaaayaayaaaa has been very good lately for Miami at QB but there are two obvious problems we see; 1.Miami is struggling running the ball #116; Pitt is good vs the run #25.....That is going to make Miami one dimensional and without the threat of a running QB do not think Miami will be able to sustain drives consistently....2) Miami run D is baaaaaaaaaaad #111 and the Pitt rushing attack is underrated RB Ollison has over 1000Y already.......And when your boy "Jake" Peterman is not MATRICULATING in the passing game (only 4 int all year) and finding rare magic carpets in Tibet - he scrambles around enough to make you very annoyed.
Miami thrives on turnovers. Do not see a well coached a disciplined team giving this one away.
Rain is expected although not substantial.
Summary. Lean to Pitt at -6 or better. Slight chance it makes final card but not sure yet. Lean over 56 or better. The UNC game kinda freaked us out thought that would fly over. Miami might not see the ball much in this game so gonna pass on total for now.

who has provided us with mostly good memories an underrated QB and he needs to lead his team to victory in this one to even have a shot at a bowl game....Our MAC INSIDERS tell us that even a Buffalo win to get them to 6-6 may not guarantee anything but they have to win first - then worry about it - and say what you want about a billion bowl games - it leads to some exposure and bowl practices and if you are a football player - especially a senior - why not wanna play again? Either way - Licata will retire as UB all time leading passer. MEGALOCKS TIDBIT - a win here and a win in a bowl game would be only the Bulls 3RD winning season in FBS.

Summary. Think this spread is too high. Sagarin disagrees. I think those ratings are more indicative of the Buffalo team earlier in the year. We lean UMass at +7 or better for those who need to bet or have their head explode. Would also lean under 51 or better given the weather - again - just for those who are beyond help and need action.

You might want to revisit the Toledo/Western Michigan game that you have previously reviewed with the Northern Illinois loss last night to Ohio providing Toledo the opportunity to play for the MAC Championship with a win over WM.
Toledo in my opinion is the much better team, and now they have a lot of incentive, so I have added them to my plays for the week.

on Buff/Mass under - grabbed under 51.5. Bad weather - hopefully the perception of that at some point will get the line down to 49 or so then go over.
