Don't think we can touch this one.....Who knows what SC team is going to show up.....Of course the loss to something called Citadel was a bit of a shock but the 3 games before that were well played games against T AM Tenn on the road - respectable game vs Florida.....Now this is obviously a traditional rivalry game so have to expect SC will play with their hair on fire for at least a half ? Clemson is just ruthlessly efficient and even with the ACC Champ game on the horizon and a potential playoff appearance - have to expect the usual forecast for Clemson opponents - "Pain". SC 12th in the SEC in O and 13th in D.

Summary. No leanage. Line seems about right to us. Sagarin has it a touch higher.

It is a shame to see GT end their 18 game bowl streak - this team just not have it - nowhere near as many explosive plays...avg QB play.....suspect D.....trouble converting on 3rd down....Despite all of that they have played some decent football this yr and the hi-light was obviously the miracle win vs Florida St....Georgia has also been pretty avg this yr Chubb going down did not help - but when you look at their D the last 3G you have to like it - gave up 3 13 17 points - G Southern took them to OT....But they are still playing hard.....The line looks about right....GT will treat it as a bowl game and would love to knock off Ga obviously.....Our ACC/SEC combo INSIDERS remind us that the last 2 games between the 2 teams went to OT....GT is a lot worse this yr - but Georgia is also not close to the same team as last yr. Seems like a tough call to us.

Sorry - total looks about right....I think the weather forecast has improved FWIW. My suggestion - everyone has teams that get the best of them - just pass the game if you are not sure. GL !

I wouldn't worry about it buddy. +2 to -2 and back and forth between those 2 numbers not a huge deal - especially in this game going to be a lot of back and forth. Enjoy the game bro

Line sitting at Navy -4 right now due to the uncertain status of several key players on the Cougars....QB Ward is scheduled to start but probably less than 100% with a bad ankle hampering his ability to scramble - such a big weapon when healthy....16 rushing TD....Top RB Farrow is Q may or may not go - he has 12 rushing TD - and obviously Jackson still out and he had 3 rush TD - so there are 31 TDs in the hands of important guys either out or not at 100%...The backup QB is decent but also injured and probably in worse shape than Ward in terms of being able to play.........Add this to the fact that Navy is on FIRE right now - crushing and killing - offense humming - D very underrated only gave up more than 21 once all year....and our Navy INSIDERS tell us they lead the NCAA in fewest giveaways with only 6 all year which is bad news for Houston who likes to feast on mistakes.

Lean to Navy but just cannot make an accurate assessment not sure who is going to be healthy and how healthy they will be.....Line has moved quite a bit IMO and FWIW Houston is 16-2 SU when Ward starts.

Summary. Lean Navy but only if line dips back to -3 tomorrow. If it drops below 3 - maybe some late news on Ward looking good in warmups - then we might add Navy to the official play list. Navy -4 is just too steep.

Do not want to be a part of this one....Not going to lay a number close to 20 in a rivialry game even as bad as the offense for vandy is  - 10 10 0 7 21 0 last 6 games - their d is still pretty good....Most likely scenario is tennessee leading by 14-24 into the 4th Q with the cover hanging in the balance. toss up ?

My personal stat Minion has dug up a tasty little nugget....   The Navy defense has held 3 of their last 4 opponents (SMU, South Florida, Tulsa) to their lowest offensive yardage outputs of the season.
