The Winnipeg Blue Bombers look primed to keep this East Final close in our Blue Bombers vs. Alouettes predictions.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers somehow dispatched the Toronto Argonauts and will now face the Montreal Alouettes for a spot in the 113th Grey Cup, with the Alouettes entering as overwhelming favorites in the CFL odds.

My Blue Bombers vs. Alouettes predictions suggest a closer game than many may anticipate, especially with the uncertainty surrounding Bombers quarterback Zach Collaros.

Read on for our CFL picks for the 2026 East Final.

Who will win Blue Bombers vs Alouettes: Blue Bombers +9.5 (-108)

This is a ludicrous spread for a playoff game.

Yes, Winnipeg will likely turn to Dru Brown once again. His role was limited in the win over the Argos, as he completed all 11 of his pass attempts and threw for two touchdowns. He did his job, but the East Semi-Final was the Brady Oliveira show.

The 2026 rushing yards leader exploded for 149 yards on the ground, averaging a ridiculous 9.9 yards per carry.

Meanwhile, Montreal allowed the fourth-most rushing yards during the regular season, and the Bombers' CFL-best passing defense can certainly neutralize Alexander and company.

Securing the win will be a much taller task, but I expect Winnipeg to at least cover this gargantuan spread.

Blue Bombers vs Alouettes total prediction: Under 58.5 (-110)

The Alouettes had a league-best 13-5-0 Over/Under record this season but played to the Under in three of their last four games. Winnipeg allowed the fewest passing yards in the CFL this season and has the ability to contain a pass-heavy offense like Montreal's.

Three of their last five meetings have gone Under, and the Bombers' narrow Semi-Final victory featured just 47 combined points. Expect another run-heavy offensive approach from the Bombers, whose games have reached this total just twice since the beginning of September.

Covers COVERS INTEL: Winnipeg allowed just 272.1 passing yards per game during the regular season, leading the CFL.

Blue Bombers vs Alouettes same-game parlay

The absence of Collaros won't necessarily hinder the Bombers significantly, as they proved against the Argonauts. Oliveira and company can take advantage of a middling Alouettes rushing defense, while Winnipeg's league-leading passing defense can neutralize Montreal's pass-heavy attack.

The Bombers have hit the Under in consecutive games, while the Als have done so in three of their last four, despite posting a league-best 13-5-0 Over/Under record.
