The Las Vegas Aces are charging towards the playoffs, and they’re heavy favorites to extend their 13-game streak tonight against a Chicago Sky team that’s only logged 10 victories.

With A’ja Wilson in unstoppable form and Angel Reese suspended by Chicago for the first half, my Sky vs Aces predictions expect one-way traffic at T-Mobile Arena.

Read on for my free WNBA picks and betting angles for this September 7 matchup.

Sky vs Aces predictions

My Sky vs Aces best bet: Aces -17 (-112 at FanDuel)

This contest has blowout written all over it, with the Chicago Sky just playing out the string and the Las Vegas Aces already in playoff mode.

This huge spread reflects where both teams stand heading into the final week of the regular season, and I expect the Aces to turn this into a laugher, especially with Ariel Atkins listed as questionable for the Sky.

With A’ja Wilson scoring 30+ points in six of her past eight contests, the Las Vegas offense is firing on all cylinders, and the hosts are 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 games.

I don’t see Becky Hammon’s squad taking their foot off the gas here against a weak opponent, and there’s a lot to like about the way Jackie Young has shot the ball lately to relieve some of the burden on Wilson.

This pick is just as much about the Sky, who are 2-8 in their last 10 outings and slumped to a 97-77 loss at the hands of the Indiana Fever on Friday.

Angel Reese missed that thumping due to a one-game ban after collecting eight technical fouls, and now she’ll sit for the first half tonight after recent comments about the state of the Chicago roster. That can hardly have helped the mood in the locker room after such a tough year.

Las Vegas is 9-1 in the last 10 meetings between these teams, so I’m backing Wilson & Co. to build an early lead and never look back.

Sky vs Aces same-game parlay (SGP)

Aces -17

A'ja Wilson Over 10.5 rebounds

Kamilla Cardoso Over 14.5 points

Without Reese to contend with in the first half, look for Wilson to own the glass. The reigning MVP has grabbed 12+ rebounds in six of her last 10 games and — even better — she’s nailed this prop in six of her past eight contests at T-Mobile Arena.

Kamilla Cardoso has taken on a bigger scoring role with so many teammates in and out of the lineup, and I like her chances of hitting the Over on 14.5 points here. She’s gone past this number in six of her last seven games.
