It’s finally Friday, and that means we have a strong slate of four WNBA games to examine as we find some WNBA player props for tonight’s action.
I’m backing Chennedy Carter and Marina Mabrey to keep producing on their new teams. Read on for my full analysis and free WNBA picks for May 15.

Chennedy Carter Over 14.5 points
Chennedy Carter has always been a dangerous offensive threat — at least when she can get opportunities and stay on the court.
She’s averaging 14.8 ppg for her career, and put up a career high 17.5 ppg last year for the Chicago Sky. Carter might get more attention from WNBA fans if she had been able to play more than 84 games over her first four seasons in the league.
Now with the Las Vegas Aces, Carter is coming off the bench again, but that hasn’t stopped her from providing instant offense for her new team. Despite the fact that she’s playing a modest 21.3 minutes per game, Carter is averaging 19.7 ppg in Las Vegas, and has gone for 22+ in each of her last two games.
The Aces seem to like what they see, as Carter’s playing time and shooting volume has gone up in each of the first three games of the season. It doesn’t hurt that she’s shooting a blistering 73% from the field right now.
With Las Vegas taking on the Connecticut Sun, who are giving up a league-worst 97.7 ppg so far on the year, I love Carter to continue scoring in bursts tonight.

Kiki Iriafen to record a double-double
Kiki Iriafen was a threat to put up a double-double every time she stepped on the court in college. She averaged a double-double (19.4 points, 11.0 rebounds) in her junior year with the Stanford Cardinal, and nearly repeated the feat in her senior year with the USC Trojans, going for 18.0 points and 8.4 rebounds per game there.
It was fair to question how that would translate to the WNBA when the Washington Mystics took her with the fourth overall pick last year. But Iriafen went for 18 double-doubles in her rookie season. And in her first two games of 2026, Iriafen has averaged 16.0 points and 14.0 rebounds, easily finishing with a double-double in each contest.
Washington shouldn’t have much trouble getting its offense going against the Indiana Fever, who are allowing 92.5 ppg on the year so far.

Marina Mabrey Over 2.5 made threes
Marina Mabrey has been a consistent presence throughout her eight-year WNBA career, dependably scoring around 14-15 points per game and hitting at least a couple threes on most nights. That steadiness made her a great pickup for the expansion Toronto Tempo as they look for a base to build on.
Mabrey is putting up huge numbers for the Tempo, who might rely on her to be their primary scorer for a while. In her first two games in Toronto, Mabrey is averaging 26.5 ppg, and has hit nine threes, shooting 45% from beyond the arc.
While those numbers will probably return to Earth a bit as the season goes on, there’s no doubt that Mabrey will continue to get volume from 3-point range. She’s a career 34.8% shooter from deep, and if her volume remains anywhere near what we’ve seen in the early going, oddsmakers are going to have to raise her 3-pointer props up to 3.5 or higher.
For now, I’m happy to bet on her to hit the Over at 2.5 made threes.
