Napoli are desperate for a result that would get them a seat in the Round of 16, while Chelsea aim to secure direct qualification as a Top 8 team.

My Napoli v Chelsea predictions believe this matchup should be bursting with tension, drama, and plenty of goals.

Napoli vs Chelsea picks and predictions

My Napoli vs Chelsea best bet: Over 3.5 goals (+187 at Sports Interaction)

Chelsea have scored in each of their last 20 games in major European competitions, their longest run ever.

Chelsea look well equipped to keep the streak going, scoring at least once in each of their last 13 games in all competitions. Three of their last five games saw Over 3.5 goals being scored.

Napoli are not holding back from hitting the opposite net either. There were at least three goals in three of Napoli's last five Serie A matches. Under Conte, they're kicking, but also receiving a lot since the start of this campaign. At the weekend, they lost 3-0 to Juventus in Turin, exposing their defensive weaknesses.

Judging by stats and the context, I believe there's going to be a lot on offer at the Diego Maradona Stadium on Wednesday evening as Chelsea come to meet Napoli.

I'm taking Sports Interaction's alt Over 3.5 goals, counting on the many attacking weapons both sides can use, and also the liabilities both have at the back.

Napoli vs Chelsea same-game parlay (SGP)

Over 3.5 goals

Scott McTominay 1+ shot on target

Alejandro Garnacho 1+ shot on target

Over 3.5 cards

Napoli's Scott McTominay has scored four goals in his last five UEFA Champions League appearances.

In fact, four of Napoli's six goals in this season's UCL have been netted by McTominay (four). I believe he will try hitting again.

I'll do the same with Chelsea's Garnacho. He has five shots on target in six Champions League games this season. It's going to be a game that favours his qualities, and I see him making an impact in the opposite box.

To get my SGP return to +775, I'm going for cards. There should be plenty of contacts in both halves, and that can easily lead to bookings in a match as tense as this is expected to be.
