Prop #1: Auston Matthews Over 0.5 assists
Auston Matthews is back with the Maple Leafs after helping Team USA win gold, and I’m eyeing him to hit the ground running.
The superstar has cashed the Over in helpers in four straight games, tallying an assist in Wednesday’s loss to the Lightning.
Matthews has compiled 23 assists this season, and he’s on the road to face the Panthers this evening. The 28-year-old has already scored and tallied a helper against the defending champions in 2025-26.
He’s also hit the Over in four road games in a row.

Prop #2: Nikita Kucherov Over 1.5 points
As you can see by the odds here, Nikita Kucherov is the real deal.
He’s second in the NHL in points with 94, and tied for first in assists with 64. The Lightning star consistently shows up on a nightly basis, and he didn’t waste any time getting right back to it on Wednesday.
Kucherov had a goal and two assists against the Maple Leafs, and he’s hit the Over in points in three of his last four appearances. In two of those games, Kucherov posted three points.
It’s honestly a rarity when he finishes with just a single point.
The Bolts welcome the Hurricanes to town tonight, and Kucherov has 44 points in 26 home outings.

Prop #3: Connor McDavid anytime goal
Connor McDavid is coming off an Olympic MVP despite Team Canada losing in the gold medal game, and now he’s looking to lead the Oilers to another Stanley Cup.
His return to the ice will be against the Kings this evening, a team he’s dominated in recent years.
The three-time Hart Trophy winner has already scored against the Kings this season, and he’s bagged 14 goals in 30 road appearances in ‘25-26.
Prior to the Olympic break, McDavid scored four goals in his final seven contests.
McDavid always turns up versus Los Angeles. Despite the lack of actual goals in the Olympics, he’ll find the back of the net tonight.
