The Vegas Golden Knights have more-or-less avoided a Stanley Cup odds hangover this season with a strong 33-19-7 record. However, they’ve had their fair share of injuries with Jack Eichel and Mark Stone headlining the Golden Knights currently on the shelf.

First-line winger and reigning Conn Smythe Trophy winner Jonathan Marchessault is one of just three Golden Knights players to play in all 59 games this season. He leads the team with 32 goals and is just behind Stone with 51 points on the year.

Marchessault is red-hot right now as well. He’s coming off a three-point game (two goals, one assist) in Toronto for his third straight game with at least one goal and one assist.

“Pretty good game for us to be honest, especially when you are struggling to get some wins in the last five or six,” Vegas forward Ivan Barbashev said. “So, this feels really good and I think it’s really good for our group, especially when you win a game against Toronto.”

Barbashev is the only other Golden Knights forward to play in all 59 games this season.

But back to Marchessault. The Golden Knights winger has now recorded a point in seven of his last nine games and 13 of his last 16 overall. He’s racked up 22 points (15 goals) in that span while helping the Golden Knights stay afloat in the playoff race.

Marchessault has recorded a point in over half of his games this season (33 of 59) as well, including in the lone meeting against the Boston Bruins.

Marchessault to record 4+ shots on goal as a single is +126 — which seems high for something he’s done in 29 of 59 games this season, especially with Eichel out now.

We’re also going to go with the Golden Knights on the puck line at +1.5 and the Under 5.5 in this game against the Boston Bruins. The Golden Knights won 2-1 in overtime back in January and this could very well go past regulation once again.

Both teams have trended to the Under this season and it should be a playoff-like atmosphere as each side starts to ramp up for the postseason push in the final months of the regular season.
