Joe Burrow and the Bengals are rolling offensively, and I'm backing Cincinnati to cover a double-digit spread against the struggling Titans.

My Titans vs. Bengals prediction backs Cincinnati to cover a hefty 10.5-point spread as Joe Burrow and the Bengals look to build on their latest offensive outburst against the struggling Titans.

The Bengals are coming off a 35-13 demolition of the Ravens, while the Titans have dropped six of their first seven games. I'm also backing Under 46.5 in my early NFL picks for Sunday, Nov. 1.

Kickoff at Paycor Stadium is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET on CBS.

Early Titans vs Bengals spread pick: Bengals -10.5

The Cincinnati Bengals just blew out the Ravens 35-13 and are now averaging 27.2 points per game, fourth in the NFL. The Tennessee Titans, meanwhile, rank 31st in scoring with just 15.4 points per game, and their defense sits near the bottom of the league in yards allowed.

Joe Burrow is firing on all cylinders, throwing four touchdowns against the Ravens and bringing his season total to 15 against just three interceptions. Cincinnati also leads the NFL in third-down conversion rate at roughly 51%, giving this offense plenty of opportunities to sustain drives.

The Titans haven't shown much ability to respond offensively. Cam Ward has thrown just four touchdowns against five interceptions, and Tennessee converts only 35.4% of third downs. I expect the Bengals to create separation and cover comfortably at home.

Early Titans vs Bengals total pick: Under 46.5

The Titans finally found some success on the ground last weekend, with Tony Pollard rushing for 129 yards and three touchdowns against the Browns. I expect Tennessee to lean heavily on its rushing attack again, which could help keep the clock moving.

The Bengals have also been excellent defensively in the red zone, ranking among the NFL's best at keeping opponents out of the end zone once they reach the 20.

Cincinnati should control this matchup, but a comfortable lead could make the Bengals ease up in the second half, and I don't see Tennessee with the offensive firepower to respond with authority.

I'll take the Under down to 45.5
