Pittsburgh finally found its offense last week, but our Steelers vs. Browns AI picks expect a much tighter finish against Cleveland on Thursday Night Football. The AFC North rivals both enter tonight's matchup at 2-1 with kickoff set for 8:15 pm ET (Prime Video) from Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, Ohio.

Our AI model projects a 21-19 win for the Steelers as part of our NFL AI predictions for Week 4. Below, we break down why the model is backing the Browns to cover and the Over, along with our best anytime touchdown pick using the latest odds from the best prediction market apps.

We have Pittsburgh winning 21–19, but Browns +2.5 is the spread pick. Cleveland is missing offensive linemen Elgton Jenkins and Teven Jenkins, a concern against a Steelers defense that leads the league in sack rate when rushing four or fewer. Pittsburgh has problems in the secondary, though: Joey Porter Jr. is out and Jalen Ramsey is questionable. That gives Deshaun Watson a chance to keep Cleveland close if his protection holds up.

Our 40-point projection also puts us on Over 38.5. Aaron Rodgers threw three touchdown passes in Pittsburgh's 30-27 win over Cincinnati, while Cleveland has scored at least 21 points in consecutive games. Neither offense has been reliable on third down, so we're expecting a competitive game rather than another 30-point performance from Pittsburgh. The forecast clears the total by 1.5 points and gives Cleveland only half a point of room against the spread.

Jaylen Warren is our anytime-touchdown pick at 48% on Kalshi. Rico Dowdle is out again with a toe injury, leaving Warren in position to handle another heavy workload. He played 56 offensive snaps against Cincinnati; no other Pittsburgh running back played more than three. That kind of involvement gives him opportunities as both a runner and a receiver.

Cleveland is allowing 4.5 yards per carry, and Warren ran a route on 70.3% of Pittsburgh's dropbacks last week. The Steelers have yet to score a rushing touchdown this season, so the appeal here is his workload and the matchup. With the model projecting 21 Pittsburgh points, Warren is our choice to turn one of those opportunities into a touchdown.

How our NFL AI predictions work

Our NFL AI predictions use a custom forecasting model built with GPT-6 Astra to project a final score for each matchup using historical scoring results, team-strength ratings, game conditions, matchup details, and other relevant context for predicting the final score.

The score forecasts are fixed before we compare them with the selected Kalshi spread and total to produce our ATS and Over/Under picks. Kalshi percentages are market quotes, separate from the score forecasts. We track results against the original selections and lines at time of publish.

We’ll continue updating the process as the season develops and publicly track every published score prediction, ATS pick, and Over/Under selection.

Odds and market lines are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change.
