We're treated to a Super Bowl rematch in Week 1 between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks, and we've trained our model for its Patriots vs Seahawks AI picks ahead of kickoff at 8:20 p.m. ET (NBC) from Lumen Field in Seattle.

We like Seattle to win the rematch, but New England to keep it close. Losing TreVeyon Henderson to an ankle injury makes the Patriots’ job harder. Staying out of long-yardage situations becomes even more important without him, especially on the road. Still, the model has New England hanging around in a 24–21 loss, so we’re taking the points with Patriots +3.5.
The total is a much closer call. Our 45-point projection puts us on Over 44.5, but there’s little room for either offense to have an off night. This looks like a competitive opener, with that extra half point above a field goal worth having on the New England side.
Hunter Henry is my value pick at 23¢. He caught seven touchdown passes in 2025 and remains New England’s starting tight end, giving us an established scoring option at a modest price.
Seattle has ruled out safety Ty Okada, with Nick Emmanwori questionable. That could open opportunities for Henry near the end zone. A.J. Brown and Romeo Doubs add competition for targets, but I still like Henry’s scoring role at this price, with the Patriots projected to put 21 points on the board.
