The Under 45.5, down to 43.5, is my favorite early pick here because 45 is the third-likeliest total in college football, and these teams' offensive tendencies should keep the clock moving.
The Midshipmen have the fifth-highest rushing rate against FBS schools, while Air Force ranks second, meaning fewer possessions and fewer bites at the apple.
Lastly, ESPN college football analyst Bill Connelly ranked Navy 31st and Air Force third in defensive returning production entering the season, compared with 121st and 108th offensively. Both teams brought back considerably more on the side of the ball I'm backing.
