Trinidad Chambliss and Deuce Alexander headline our LSU vs. Ole Miss player prop picks, while we're fading Kewan Lacy against a stout Tigers run defense.

Saturday's SEC showdown gives us several intriguing player prop markets to attack thanks to a game total approaching 60 points.

My LSU vs. Ole Miss prop picks target three of our favorite angles from this Week 3 matchup.

Check out our latest college football picks and LSU vs. Ole Miss prediction for more betting analysis.

Best LSU vs Ole Miss props

Prop pick #1: Trinidad Chambliss Over 277.5 passing yards

There is a little cushion here, as I'd take the Over for Ole Miss quarterback Trinidad Chambliss's passing yards prop up to 280.5 yards

Chambliss has thrown for 282+ yards in 10 of his 15 starts at Ole Miss, including five of his seven conference games. He threw for 336 yards against Louisville in his season opener and 225 yards last week vs. Charlotte.

However, the Rebels obviously didn't need Chambliss to drop back often because they beat Charlotte 41-9 and were up 27-0 at the end of the first half. Ole Miss will need Chambliss to put on the cape against LSU, one of the best teams in the country.

He has performed well against strong competition. Chambliss went Over his passing yards prop in all three of his College Football Playoff games last season

Prop pick #2: Deuce Alexander Over 71.5 receiving yards

Give me the Over on Rebels wide receiver Deuce Alexander's receiving yards prop as long as it stays below 74 yards.

Not only does this correlate with Chambliss's Over, but Alexander is his most productive returning wideout from last year's team. Alexander has gone Over this number in his first two games, gaining 76 receiving yards vs. Charlotte and 159 yards against Louisville.

Alexander is projected by Pro Football Focus (PFF) to be covered by LSU cornerback D.J. Pickett, and Pickett is LSU's lowest-graded defensive back through the first two games.

Prop pick #3: Kewan Lacy Under 84.5 rushing yards

Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy's Under rushing prop is good down to 82.5 yards.

LSU has completely taken away its opponents' rushing attacks in the first two games. The Tigers rank 19th nationally in defensive rushing success rate allowed, according to GameOnPaper.com, while allowing less than 1.0 yard per carry.

They gave up just 40 rushing yards on 25 carries to Clemson, which has several four- and five-star recruits along its offensive line. If LSU can shut down Clemson, it can hold Lacy in check. Lacy rushed for only 61 yards against Louisville two weeks ago.
