The Golden State Warriors will look to bounce back from their first loss of the season when they host the Memphis Grizzlies at the Chase Center tonight.

Both teams have played to the Over to start the season, and I’m backing that trend to continue in my Grizzlies vs. Warriors predictions tonight.

Let’s dive into this late-night matchup in my free NBA picks for Monday, October 27.

Grizzlies vs Warriors prediction

Grizzlies vs Warriors best bet: Over 239.5 (-110)

The Memphis Grizzlies and Golden State Warriors met five times last season, and managed to hit the Over four times. Even the lowest total came in at 234 points, with multiple games going above 240.

That’s of little surprise when you look at the makeup of these two teams. The Grizzlies were one of the highest-scoring teams in the league last year, putting up 121.7 points per game. Golden State isn’t the offensive powerhouse it has been in some prior seasons, but it’s still relatively efficient with the ball and has put up at least 119 points in each of its first three outings this season.

There’s also plenty of scoring firepower from the superstars on these two rosters. Stephen Curry is off to a blistering start to the 2025-26 season, averaging 33.3 PPG.

For Memphis, Ja Morant has led the way, including scoring 35 points in a season-opening win over the New Orleans Pelicans.

Just taking the minimum each team has scored in the early going this year, we get to a total of 247 points. Those numbers will come down, but based on the data and the history between these two teams, I’m taking the Over tonight.

Grizzlies vs Warriors same-game parlay

Along with taking the Over, I like the Warriors to cover as they catch the Grizzlies traveling far west for their first road game of the season. I’ll also take Curry to hit the Over on his scoring total at 26.5 points, a number he has easily surpassed in each of his last two games.

Successful sports betting is about consistently beating the closing line value, which requires finding spots where one book is offering odds far better than the rest of the market and jumping on those opportunities.
