Photo By - Imagn Images. New York Yankees right fielder Aaron Judge (99) hits a solo home run in the third inning against the Baltimore Orioles at Yankee Stadium.

Aaron Judge is starting to heat up at the dish, recording four hits and eight bases over his last couple of games.

There’s no reason to expect Judge to slow down in a mouthwatering matchup, which is why he’s front and center of my Orioles vs. Yankees predictions.

Let’s take a closer look with my MLB picks for June 21.

Orioles vs Yankees prediction

My Orioles vs Yankees best bet: Aaron Judge Over 1.5 total bases (-120 at bet365)

Aaron Judge has piled up the bases all season long, averaging an incredible 2.8 per game and clearing 1.5 at a 63% rate.

Judge recently hit a rough patch and had his least productive stretch of the year. He appears to be coming out of it in a big way, having piled up eight bases over his last two games — including six in the series opener against the Baltimore Orioles.

That’s par for the course vs. New York’s AL East foes, as Judge has feasted on the Orioles unlike any other. The slugger has recorded multiple bases in 10 of his last 11 against Baltimore, averaging 4.27 along the way. Unheard of numbers.

Judge has a nice matchup to keep it going this afternoon. Zach Eflin has gone through his share of struggles this season, and things don’t appear to be getting any better.

Eflin has allowed 25 hits over his last three games and ranks 26th among the day’s 29 eligible starters in FIP spanning the last month.

Judge profiles very well against Eflin’s pitch mix as well. He’s hitting .349 with a .302 ISO vs. the hurler's most prominent pitches over the last two months. Those numbers are even higher when adjusting for day games.

Orioles vs Yankees same-game parlay (SGP)

Aaron Judge Over 1.5 total bases

Jazz Chisholm Over 0.5 hits

Yankees moneyline

Eflin has posted a 4.93 SIERA and allowed a .343 average to lefties over the last month. He’s had a miserable time vs. left-handed bats, and Jazz Chisholm should be one of the prime beneficiaries.

Chisholm is hitting .364 against Eflin’s most-used pitches this month. The batter has recorded at least one hit in 65% of his games at Yankee Stadium and in six of his last eight afternoon games. The outlook is promising across the board.

The New York Yankees have a much more prolific offense, even if it hasn’t shown as much of late, and a big pitching edge with Clarke Schmidt taking the mound.

Schmidt is in his best form of the season, pitching at least six innings of shutout ball in three of his last four starts, and is sporting a 2.21 FIP over the last month.

He should cause problems for an Orioles offense that ranks 22nd in average and 24th in runs per game on the year.
