Understood. Trust me, controlling your emotions isn't easy. Took me a while before I was able to come off a bad day and not have that "bounce back" mentality. (you need to get rid of this mindset) It's human nature, but if you are gambling for a living it needs to be dropped. You said yesterday, emotion is good for you.
