Saturday results on the double dip system, AZ wins on A game and is done.
With Washington winning on the regular system Saturday, they still have 5 left so we have a double dip A game Sunday on game 1 of their doubleheader. If they win game 1, they are done. Lose game 1 and we go to B game on the game 2 of the doubleheader.

came here to see your thoughts on the HOU series. heard this morning on Dallas radio that the games may be moved here this week and then the series that was scheduled to be @DAL on 9/25 would flip down to @HOU. this would eliminate the houston series set to start tomorrow and extend the HOU system play on 9/15 to a 12 game home stand (with LOTS of double dip opportunity).
another option i heard was they may push it from tomorrow to Wednesday and play a double header that day if they can keep it in HOU. guess we'll know more tomorrow.

Don't know that HOU is the "far better" team. Slightly better maybe but they are only 8-5 against the rangers with TEX winning the last 2 series going 4-2 against the Astros. There is a lot of emotion surrounding this series and the rangers pissed in the punchbowl by wanting (understandably from a competitive standpoint) to keep the later series inArlington . I think I'm going to just stay clear of this one with all the emotions from the flood and the stunt the rangers pulled by not agreeing to flip series which would have meant TEX would have a long road trip at the end of the season while trying to get the 2nd wildcard and also giving HIU a 12 game home stad .

You keep going for wins as long as the target team has at least 5 games left to start another chase. If after a win they have 4 games or less left, we are done.
