Opening Game Favorite Chase 246-7 for 2009

Did everyone play cinci???  I did but I guess it didn't technically pass -150.  A line like this would have been included in backtesting but I don't want to include it if people didn't play it.  Will put it on my spreadsheet but not include it as a system win.

2-0 tonight if anyone played these series.  Will not include in the system record but am thinking of including these as optional series or something like that

I played Cinci.  It qualified at all the vegas books i looked at.  I think you should include it in the numbers.  If it were previous years you would have included it in the backtest.

Of course the time try to run a sample labby line, everyone wins...gotta love it

A thought for those that like to play martingale.  I am seeing a couple of trends that we may be able to take advantage of.  Games 1 and 2 are making us money and right now game 3 is not helping us.  If you like martingale you may want to consider playing this as a two game chase.  If done this way the record right now would be 45-4 with less units lost.  Game 3's were very successful in previous seasons which is why they were included.  One may consider betting straight martingale for games 1 and 2 then rather than making a huge wager in game 3 just play to recoup your game 1 loss.  Here are the numbers from previous seasons for a two game chase:

2010:  45-4,       Game 3's are 2-2

2009:  226-27,   Game 3's were 20-7

2008:  235-33,  Game 3's were 23-10

2007:  230-35    Game 3's were 22-13

Combined: 691-95, (88%)  Game 3's were 65-30

Playing this way this season you would have won 45 U and lost around 23U netting about +21U so far with less risk placed on your bankroll.  Something to consider if you want to take less risk.  Hopefully the game 3's will get back in line with previous seasons and it will be less of an issue, but something to consider if you don't like the labby approach.

Rizz   one post has FL as your play another has SF.  Can you clarify please.  Thanks for all your hard work.

Yeah, sorry DD.  SF is the play for the opening game favorite.  FLA is the play for sweep chase.

Only play aggressive if you have a large bankroll relative to your units.  I prefer the aggressive style because it maximizes profit, with higher risk.  Today we won 10 lost 24 so we are -14 for the day.  If we were to win both of our game 2's we will +44 tomorrow.  I prefer to add fewer numbers as it doesn't require as many wins to get your money back and/or make profit.  Using aggressive labby we were +40 yesterday, -14 today so we are at +26 this week

The dodgers have been overrated all season.  The thing that really concerns me is the brewers.  These guys are consistently causing losses in my systems because they go from burning hot to sucking ass.  Really don't want to get burned by them again.  Have considered not playing any series they are involved with and still might not chase this series even though I know the labby can absorb it.

Thinking the same thing. The Doyers are extremely overrated at this point. I am skipping them and therefore will cause them to win tonight.
