Booyhaz- I totally agree about the NBA refs hence the change a few years ago back to 3 refs. I'm thinking that they're thinking they can't get to 3 ref's. 1 definitely, 2 maybe, 3 refs very small chance. With that being said Basketball is probably the easiest of the 4 major sports to fix from the ref's perspective. This is why I feel that contrary to the popular belief a couple of years ago Vegas will not be getting an NBA team or any other major sports team any time in the near future. Simply not going to happen.

to me ..its Oakland teams.... A's, Raiders
Minnesota teams....  Twins, Vikings...

The Chicago Cubs is a known enemy of the $25 Dime Club. Yes I know it's strange but last year our record when playing for or against the Cubbies was abysmal. We basically had to fly Bama into Chicago to negotiate a Peace deal with those clowns. Hence if you notice nobody really plays Cubs games here anymore. It was brutal. I think at one point we collectively had a 80% losing record when picking the Cubs to win or lose. Those were the Cub Wars of 2011.  Earlier this year it look liked Miami was going to take their place but things have calmed down tremendously with them.

lol  I HAVE several I think it is always harder to pick home teams because of local media

100 degrees? It's 57 degrees and raining hard here in Portland. Tonight we will get down to 44 degrees and this is June in the Northwest baby.

Incredible! Mariners no-hit the Dodgers. I personally owe Kevin Millwood an apology. I have been dogging him now for years and he has found a home in Seattle. He has pitched great in 3 of the last 4 games and good in the other one. He has found a home and I will officially retire him at least for now from my always fade/hate list founded by Carl Pavano and Javier Vazquez. Congrats to the Mariners
