Good luck today Bama. I don't know what your status is as far as working during the day or what. Last year during the draft I watched these guys on ESPN telling who would be drafted and had a nice streak by the end of that day just by getting info before it was taken off the board. Something to look into, brother.

I'm back after licking my wounds suffered at the hands of those Captown clowns. Today's early picks are Kansas City going for their 2nd win a row. The Miami Marlins going with the day after the Captown beatdown theory. The team that loses the Captown battle seems to always win the next day when the battle is over. Amazing. But this time I'm putting money on it so I should profit. My Survivor pick as I head back out with a new crew is the Miami-Mets Over 7.5. Good luck $25 Dime Club. Let's Ride!

Here is the secret at least with the NBA- follow the sharp plays and fade the busters. Avoid bad line moves.
Let me elaborate briefly. When a line move happens in conjunction with it being a public play, it's hard to say whether it's a good move or not. Same with a total (usually over) when it's a public play. I also stay away from head-fake moves around pk's (+1.5 thru -1.5).
Here is what you do: every day look at the consensus and see who the busters like, then look for line moves AGAINST the consensus. If the public is all over Team A, and the line is moving on Team B, then team B is the sharp play. Same with totals.
Busters will tend to like favorites and overs, with exceptions on totals being they like unders when total is really high and overs when total is really low. This is true BUSTER mentality and Vegas takes these clowns for everything.
You want to be on Vegas' side for the most part since they aren't in the business to lose. Also they manipulate people with the lines. In NBA when i see a team go from -8 to -7 and the public likes the favorite, take the DOG! Some sharps out there are obviously pounding the dog and moving the line even though the public is on the wrong side.

Furthermore, avoid line moves due to injuries or key players being out for other reasons. All the BUSTERS went against Bulls when Rose was out, people always think missing a starter means a sure loss and good under bet. 
The reality is teams tend to play well quite often without their starters, often playing a faster pace and going over. I see it time and again. I'm not saying that these picks never hit- public plays hit, bad moves hit, head fakes hit, and other suckouts also.
None of this matters though if you want to use a system that is GUARANTEED to be a winner simply follow these rules.
1) ONLY take a pick when there is a line move indicating it to be the right play. We like our line moves to be progressive and consistent in our direction, not adjusted (due to an injury or something else) and/or chopping back and forth like a head fake.
2) ONLY take a play that is in OPPOSITION to the consensus. Of course we realize the public is not always wrong, but we are looking for SHARP PLAYS with this system and the way to do that is by finding the line moves that go AGAINST THE BUSTERS. Period.
3) ALways follow your gut. Even if a pick meets the above 2 criteria but you don't like it, don't bet it.
---If you follow the 3 rules above on every basketball pick you will find that it produces a sick amount of winners. I have been using it profitably for some time now. I should note that I'm a new member and don't use the system when picking on contests so far, just clicking what I like before using the system to bet on SBG.
I am profitable on Contests just off my own knowledge, but here's a secret- I consider myself a buster also! I do not know nearly as much about these teams as Vegas. Guys if you tell yourself you're a good capper you have a 99% chance of being wrong. Someone out there knows more than you do and already figured it out.
Why not just FOLLOW the SHARPS? It's easy with my system as the sharp plays are reflected in the line action.

This was a brief synopsis of my system but if you want more info then ask me. I went 6-1 last night on my system play picks on SBG and 7-1 night before. I hate that the season is almost over! I have the NBA on total lockdown lately.
Guys the system is POWERFUL. I have been killing it all season and don't even know 3+ players on any given team, you will think that's nuts but it's the God's-honest-truth.
Here's a secret- YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW DIDDLY SQUAT ABOUT THE TEAM IN ORDER TO WIN. All you need to do is FOLLOW THE SHARPS and let them pick the winners for you.
There are other tweaks that I have added that truly enhance the system but even sticking to the 1,2,3 I laid out above is awesome.

Guys one last thing I want to give the most recent example of my system play from last night, Sac (and the over).
Sacramento hosted the Lakers and yes Kobe was out but this was a truly sharp line move. Busters were on the Lakers and Sac moved PROGRESSIVELY from -3.5 all the way to -7! The total also went all the way up to 205.
I took Sac at -6.5 -110 and over 204 -110. With 40 pts scored in the second quarter the total seemed to maybe be a sweat but Sac never was.
Final score: Lakers 96 Sac 113
nice 2-0 on that game based on the line action. Sacramento was definitely the sharp play
