Thanks, Booyahz! That's cool. Second guessing is usually not a good thing with me. If I ever switch a pick, it almost always loses. I look at all advice objectively, but it can make you freak out if someone strongly disagrees with what you think will be money.

OMG, Plisskin! This is so hilarious! I lost it and teared up from laughing so hard at this post! I remember when stuff like that that used to happen to me all of the time. What a trip down memory lane!
     I found a way out of Popup Hell, so I no longer deal with that situation, but you are so right. It is so very fvcking annoying!!! The way out for me was in 2010 when I made the leap to installing Firefox as my browser. They have a wonderful little add-on called Ad-Block Plus which basically eliminates ads from your browsing experience. In most instances, you will never even see ads and pop-up ads almost never happen any more. I couldn't be happier with Firefox and recommend it to everyone who hates these ads. I have been remiss in not discussing Bama's streak on this forum. I have been rooting for him on our thread over there but not here. The combination of Bama, Booyahz and Smooth being hot is just an incredible accomplishment for the $25 Dime Club! Keep it going Bama who is now at 12 and counting.

Bama- I was aware that Golfgods hasn't been around in awhile he must be off to Christmas Island or something. LOL. I didn't notice that Whitesmith was gone because the number was still at 16. I certainly hope those guys come back because it's always good having a full house on all our sites. Thanks for the reminder and perhaps we should all PM those guys and find out what's going on. They are certainly missing the feeding frenzy that we're having and everybody should be getting fat at this time. This is like a hot crap game going on where numbers are rolling and the dice are passing like Peyton Manning!

Oh wait, just one more thing, ladies and gentlemen. I found this website by chance and it is truly awesome for helping with the MLB totals. One of the most important factors in picking totals is often overlooked and that would be the Ballparks themselves. Not only their dimensions, but the fact that the Parks conditions change hourly. ParkFactors gives you the current conditions updated hourly and shows the direction and speed of the wind in relation to the Park itself. They also show the expected forecast. One of the coolest things about the site is that it gives you a wealth of important information about each ballpark and rates them on a scale of 100 to tell you if it is a hitter's or pitcher's paradise or if it is neutral. 100 is average. Above 100 favors hitter's and below 100 favor pitcher's. If the wind is really blowing out ,a red star will be under the park meaning it is a situation strongly favoring hitters. Conversely, if the wind is really blowing in, a blue star wil denot a situation strongly favoring pitchers. Just click on the Stadium name and you will get the rundown of that Stadium.
      For instance, today, I saw that the wind was blowing out 12mph to left center field at Citi Field for the Giants - Mets game. This swayed me to pick the over 7.5 since the pitching situation already supported this play. Good call on this over, Booyahz! 6 runs in the 5th is a good start.

WOW! Just look at that wind in PNC Park in Pittsburgh tonight! 33Mph straight out to center. Wait, it just changed to 26 Mph to right center!  Crazy!

SAN ANTONIO SPURS -13.5 for W8

The Spurs will be going all out tonight, in my opinion, knowing that they will wrap up home court advantage throughout the playoffs with a win here tonight. Portland is missing basically everyone and just hasn't been the same since Aldridge has been hurt and Gerald Wallace and Marcus Camby were traded. Among the missing for the Blazers will be Nic Batum and Joel Pryzbilla. Raymond Felton may not even play tonight, as Nolan Smith is the announced starter at PG. Jamal Crawford is also banged up and may not play. The Blazers are a mess is what I'm getting at, as evidenced by their depth chart at Rotoworld

The Spurs are very deep and rested and will stay fresh at every position all game long. I know it's a lot to cover, but I see them winnin g by at least 15 tonight.

Meanwhile over on Bovada Smoothd's assault on the books continues! Smoothd scored big time by double dipping on the SF Giants and Tim Linecum! Smoothd also hit a 3 team parlay and would have had another parlay with the Cardinals if the Cubs hadn't rallied in the bottom of the 9th. Count the New York Rangers as a big winner and also the Red Sox. All in all the pummeling that happened last week is carrying over to this week!

almost hit a 6 pick parlay tonight with Sixers and over, Dodgers team total over 4, stros +1.5, Yanks +1.5 and the lone loser A's +1.5.  Did hit with the Yanks and yesterday hit a nice parlay with Rays.Reds.Rangers and Hawks over.
