 I think you need to revisit the housing crisis and the origin, it did not happen on Obamas watch, the seeds of the housing crisis actually came from the FED lowering rates and spawning the destructive teaser rate mortgage market. What started the wheels of TRUE ZIRP was 9-11, look it up just search for Fed Funds rate charts and see when they started the decline down to ZIRP. There is no housing crisis without ZIRP because it enabled borrowers and it enabled mortgage originators. Lenders could borrow from the FED at low rates and charge fees then package the mortgages and sell to Fannie/Freddie and they created the toxic derivatives and products which imploded the market.

FED funds rate was 6.4 prior to 9-11, they dropped it to stabilize the US markets then tried to raise again into 2006 and then boom it dropped down to almost zero by 2009 and did not budge due to the housing crisis and then the lack of inflation due to the FED itself.

I didnt talk about Fannie and Freddie but who told you that it is a good idea to bring them back to the market? Did Trump tell you that? Who benefits from Fannie and Freddie going public? Do you benefit? I do not benefit nor do borrowers as they are lending NOW...Fannie and Freddie are lending NOW, they just are not holding loans and cannot leverage. The government bailed them out and saved the mortgage market so why does it matter that the government receives the gains off their originations? Why does that matter?

The ONLY beneficiaries of Fannie and Freddie going public are hedge funds and speculators who bot their shares on the pink sheets, nobody else gains. So are you a hedge fund trader who bot their shares years back on the cheap and are whining about not getting a payday??

After Pres.Obama was given the Nobel Peace Prize he went on to bomb the following countries.

The more you talk the more I realize you don't know what you're talking about. The financial crisis started in the era of Bareback Billy Clinton and Warren Greenspan. Bernake was a culprit too. Hedge funds and individual investors like myself "yes" is a Pocahontas fairy tale. She would like you to believe that while she takes in her mail box money from Big Banks similar to her Big Pharma kick backs. 

Fannie and Freddie have been around since 1938, and didn't need a loan period ! Matter a fact their CFO at the time Susan McFarland told the Gov we don't need a loan, we are ready to enter our golden years which the Govt knew too. How about 63 straight profitable quarters after being put in conservatorship ! You appear to be a smart man, does that sound like a company that needs a loan to you? Not only did the Govt toss a concrete life preserver on them, they hit them with a 10% loan as they did AIG. All the other 270 plus tarp recipients loans were written at 1.5%. Yes a Bank, Barry gave amnesty to and let the tax payers eat 4 billion of Citi Banks loan and let GM off the hook for another 12 Billion only to take their product over to Korea, smart man ! 

On the other hand Fannie has paid back 301 billion on a loan of 189 billion, fair deal huh? Do you realize WC that more institutions own Fannie and Freddie stock than any other in the world? Do you understand Policemen, Fireman, School Teachers pensions are tied up in this 7.7 trillion dollar asset company? They all are getting fucked ! So to say individual investors, hedge funds are to be rewarded is False. This is true GOVT Fuckery at its finest ! 24 more institutions have came on board I believe I read since Nov of 24.  

The stock is sitting on a corrupt, prostitution penny stock exchange in the OTC while meeting all the criteria to be up listed to the big boards.  Hedge Funds primarily Bill Ackman a Democrat at the time before converting to Republican this past year invested 10 years ago. He knew the importance of the 30 year MTG, he didn't do anything wrong, it was a gamble so to scream benefiting Hedge fund manager and private investors is ludicrous. 

Another important note worth mentioning, do you know how much Fannie Mae and Freddie got hit in fines ? Let me answer for you please, zero, while the Banks got slaps on the wrist having to pay 243 Billion in fines.  Who's the culprit again?

 I didnt need a history lesson on the lenders, you made the general claim about them being held by the government so all the stuff you posted that I already knew did not really deal with the topic at all.

Who gains from Freddie and Fannie going public? Who? I dont see why the origin and your opinion about them not needing a bailout because they WERE bailed out, they WERE heavily leveraged and their systemic risk of going under was enough to make the decision at the time that they were protected and didnt go BK. Your opinion and conspiracy theory does not matter as we sit right now, so WHO benefits from them being public again? I already answered it and who the crap cares if a bunch of speculators get a pay day it has nothing to do with the mortgage market or the consumer and if anything letting them go back to the profit market will lead to another problem down the road and the taxpayer will be on the hook again.

As to your Clinton claim I think you have to revisit who it was that forwarded the legislation to deregulate, maybe you should go back and revisit that statement. Democrats are not the group who are fixated on deregulation and especially for corporate finance so go back in time and see who was behind your claim.

If we banned Israel from competing, it would be all of them. We don't choose which competitors Israel wants to compete with. Eurovision is basically a mini Olympics of music, where each competing country enters a competitor in the semifinals, and then Europe (+Australia and 3-4 Asian countries - all the countries competing) votes on the winners. This might also explain why it's an important propaganda tool. Eurovision isn't won on skills alone. It's basically a public voting process that shows how popular you are as a country disguised as a music competition and it is pretty huge (more so in the past but still) - I think it averages 165 million viewers each year - where Super Bowl has peaked at 128 million

So, if Iran wasn't working on building a bomb, then why do they need 2 nuclear enrichment sites??

Iran only has one nuclear power plant and they buy that uranium fuel from countries like Russia and China.  That Uranium is less than 5% purity.  someone posted earlier that Iran started this insanity enrichment after the US(Trump) pulled out of the treaty.  If you believe this is true than all that 5% went to 60% in that time, but yet they want peaceful nuclear energy??  

let's now use Canada as an example, they have many nuclear power plants and ZERO enrichment facilities.  They buy the fuel from the US.

the US has many more nuclear power plants and only has ONE enrichment site.

So why does Iran need more than one??? for just one plant that they buy fuel for and don't use their own product because you don't use that quality uranium for a power plant

I also say missiles were being launched three hours after the fake ceasefire supposedly began, which is why Trump was on white house lawn cursing at media and claiming both states were violating the "agreement" and dont know what the "f&ck they are doing". What are the details of this ceasefire agreement? What concessions are being made by each side? Source? When did it start and when does it end? Any word on stopping Israel's continued violence and killing in Gaza? 

You claim Obama "funded" Iran's nuclear facilities with $160 billion in cash. Please provide a source reflecting this. Without a source, this sounds like a story you were convinced to believe. 

Trump falsely claims Obama gave $160 billion to Iran.  Iran nuclear deal lifted international sanctions such as freeze on Iran assets held largely in foreign (not US) banks.  Also the money that was unfrozen belongs to Iran.  

Early US intelligence assessment is that US strikes didn't destroy Iran nuclear program.  Instead program may be delayed by months instead of decades as white house claims.  No surprise Iran threatens to accelerate nuclear program.  If more countries seek nuclear weapons for self defense, the world would be less safe.  Obvious huge blunder by Trump to create problem by abandoning Iran nuclear deal because peace agreement worked better in curtailing Iran nuclear program.  Now restoring Iran nuclear deal appears almost impossible.

Obama gave them 1.7 billion, cash. Still not a good look but yes, this gets confused with the lifting of sanctions and melded into one story.

On it's surface an enrichment site shouldn't be below the surface if on the up and up.  They know what they were doing, we know what they were doing, Isreal/China/Russia know what they were doing.

I'd like to see the satellite images of the planes from China destined to Luxembourg that landed in Iran and went back to China.  Who or what was on these planes.

Probably on the up and up because everyone knows that we can always trust China. Covid19 wasn't a weaponized virus, even though the Chinese military was/is heavily involved with the Wuhan lab. Also, China selling fentanyl to the cartels is in no way unconventional warfare on us.

Honestly, Iran doesn't need a nuclear program. They can always just get nukes from China.

 I believe Clinton was the spark for the start of the housing crisis and everyone thereafter played a roll in allowing the snowball to build. It got to a point that everyone, literally everyone, was greedy and stopped paying attention because everything was gravy. 

All this scuttlebutt from the right about Iran having nuke capabilities (unconfirmed) and yet what is the direct risk to the US that warrants the POTUS doing a reach around like this? Were we at direct and imminent threat this last week? Did Iran send some long range shots at our soil or directly at a location which is owned by the US?

Since the answer is NO to the above, why did we take this action? Why was there no extensive and prolonged attempt through the usual channels to get a result? Why was the UN or NATO not spearheading an effort to bring Iran to the table and use sanctions or some other covert approach versus this US only grandstanding fiasco?

Who is in charge of these decisions and who forwarded the idea? We all know how this went down and how is anyone ok with this scenario AGAIN, the lies and manipulation of intelligence to forward an illegal and unfounded attack? This is another sham Iraq job by the war mongers headed by Israel to forward their offensive regional attack.

I find this inappropriate and atrocious that there is protocol and channels except for when the POTUS decides otherwise and why are there multi country collective groups when we do not utilize and include them since you know Europe is at MUCH higher risk for these so-called weapons than the US is, Europe should be leading this if anyone not the US.

I'm personally glad you're taking on some of the "dirty work". Of course, it should be handled with diplomacy, not violence. However, we're currently facing a war on our continent between two of our countries, one of which has the world's largest stockpile of nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, we also have to deal with the random threats your president is throwing our way (when he has a bad day and want to shit on allies through 70 years that has fought endless battles on your behalf and helped fund your weapon industry for decades). I don't personally want us to mediate between your proxy and China's in the Middle East.
