Trump is the enemy of workers. His administration has pulled back from protections for their rights, safety and economic welfare according to American federal government employees. His orders violate labor laws by limiting union activity, due process and job protection. Number of workplace safety inspectors have fallen to lowest level in history.
His administration is trying to make it easier to fire employees. Nonsense to force employees to resign by moving departments to other cities based on bogus claim of efficiency. Qualifications for overtime and minimum wage have been tightened. Despite promising $10 minimum wage during election campaign, there has been no change.

Wonder how many different names Trump will call Mueller at the rally.

The Trump extravaganza scheduled in DC on the 4th billed as TRUMPSTINYPENISPARADE may be hampered by showers and thunderstorms. That would really suck for those there to see the fireworks. However, there may be some real laughs seeing Trump trying to open/use/close an umbrella and watching a tank or two fall into a DC sinkhole.
Trump will ask Jerry Falwell to lead all evangelicals in prayer to scare away the storms.

A federal judge blocks Trump's policy keeping thousands of asylum seekers locked up without giving them a chance to be released on bail. When the executive branch issues illegal orders, the judicial branch has the right to block them. According to the constitution, immigrants are entitled to 5th amendment due process protection against arbitrary detention. This is a victory for American civil liberties union.
Blame Trump for causing humanitarian crisis by badly treating immigrants. For the past 50 years, the government has given asylum seekers bond hearings with immigration judges. However under Trump's zero intolerance policy, they are locked up for months without justification.
Trump continues to lose vast majority of lawsuits in government because he either pursues illegal policies or wasteful appeals. Whereas past presidents usually win most of their legal cases.

According to Amnesty international, Trump hardline policies violate US laws and manufacture a humanitarian crisis at southern border. Family separations, deaths of children in DHS custody, use of tear gas, extended detention of migrants in unsafe and unsanitary conditions.
According to International rescue committee, Trump fails in basic responsibilities of how a civilized country should behave. A humanitarian crisis demands a humanitarian response. Instead Trump is making the problem worse by failing to tackle the cause in central america.
Thousands of people suffer from his removal of US protections reducing violence in other countries, limited processing of asylum claims resulting in huge backlogs and cuts in foreign aid that would boost economy so that people wouldn't want to leave. Trump's policies designed to reduce immigration have backfired, contributing to more asylum seekers.

So you hate Trump so much that you're defending big pharma? Ha. I swear, there are many nutjobs, "...on both sides", that will say, defend, and/or overlook anything to bolster their side. Obamacare is a great concept, yet no without flaws. Repeal and replace is a scam and that's why it has yet to go over. The skyrocketing cost of perscription drugs is a huge issue and Obamacare didn't do anything to address this. Trump campaigned on bringing prices down. Trump, though often misguided, atleast feigns addressing his campaign promises. Democrats talk a lot and say nothing. It's no surprise that Hillary didn't campaign on any kind of platform. You can't break a promise you don't make. Everything Trump has done, some I agree with, a lot of it I do not, but everything he's done are things he said he would do, ir attempt to do, on the campaign trail.

I swear, midnight gives me a hard time about not picking a side but you people make it hard to. The republicans push a lof of agendas that I just can't get behind (they push some I definitely can and do) but the democratic party, and it's constituents, are all batsheet crazy. The drug companies are fleecing Americans all while flooding the streets with opioids and pushing us right into a crisis. They are comparable to the cartels. And here you are talking about their "free speech". You have democratic candidates who say, "We're not gonna campaign to the middle-class, nor even lower-class Americans. We're not gonna campaign to the forgotten Americans. Those is middle America, in the rust belt. Flyover country. We're not gonna canpaign to the veterans. We're not even gonna follow our old playbook and campaign to African Americans. Nope! We're gonna campaign directly to illegals!" In 2019 state of union address, Trump brags about largest drop in drug prices in 47 years but prices didn't decline. Associated press counted 46 decreases and 4412 increases. No evidence Trump is responsible for lower drug prices according to Kaiser family foundation. He has done very little. None of his proposals have taken effect. According to Congress budget office, his proposed rebates wouldn't reduce prices but would actually increase federal spending by $billions. Price transparency is unlikely to work too.
Drugs account for just 10% of healthcare expenditures. Slowing drug prices would put a small dent on a bigger problem. That is, medical bills are the leading cause of bankruptcy in the US. But Trump's sabotage of obamacare made healthcare more expensive for everyone while fewer americans obtain insurance according to research by Duke university and University of north Carolina.

The Republicans have had 10 years to repeal and replace Obamacare. They have made numerous attempts to repeal, but have not offered even one replacement plan. The intent is clear, only the repeal part is important to them. They hold the Senate and the White House, therefore can block literally anything the Democrats want to do; good, bad or indifferent. Big Pharma can also be described as Big Contributor, so nothing REAL is going to change, just some cosmetic and misleading side steps. Bad news?
No, the really bad news is that they are going to win again in 2020. The Democrats are so thoroughly disorganized and running hither and yon trying to out-welfare each other they are chasing voters that matter way out of their influence. Do they really think the middle class (taxpayers) want massive new taxes or deficits to pay for reparations, abortion, green new deals, and miscellaneous other "here, we got money and benefits for everybody" scams? Black, White, Asian, Native American, Hispanic?
It does not matter, most of every segment is in the middle class, some just emerging from poverty into it, and none are in a frame of mind to pay for more massive government and give away programs. The first 90 days of Trump's presidency I thought he was doomed in 2020, now I think he and a Republican Senate are a lock.
