Science, school and media are important institutions of truth. But Trump's war against the press is a threat to democracy and first amendment freedoms. US constitution ensures freedom of the press to educate public about the truth and hold governments accountable. Journalists are supposed to ask tough questions. Attacking the press is how dictators behave.
Trump administration should be sued for defamation for promoting a doctored video to justifiy revoking Acosta's press credentials. Press secretary Sanders made fraudulent accusations and cited an incident that never happened. Altered video from fake news website Infowars speed up Acosta arm movement to make him appear more agressive toward intern and omitted him asking for pardon. Deceptive editing to score political points is condemned by video experts, fact checkers, white house correspondents association, Storyful for social media intelligence and Tow center for digital journalism.

Doctored video.
It is my understanding that the NFL used a doctored video to overturn that touchdown last weekend! Apparently the video in the review booth suddenly slowed down just as the player was about to hit the ground. then reversed stopped then very slowly moved forward.
Stop regurgitating talking points.
Here is the dispute, WH says Acosta made contact with the interns arm, Acosta and CNN say that is a lie.

I say he touched her arm, brushed it away, in a, "do you realize who I am", arrogant, dissmissve manner. The press wasn't stifled, censored at all, Trump answered questions for 90 mons that day. CNN is over represented in that room. Acosta was grandstanding making a speech not even asking question at the end of the exchange.

During the RNC campaign debates Lindsay Graham made a remark that Piggy didn't like. So in his next campaign rally in South Carolina, Piggy gave everyone in the crowd Graham's cell phone #.
Graham was inundated with abusive phone messages causing him to change the cell # he had for years.

CNN sues white house for violating 1st amendment freedom of the press and 5th amendment right to due process. Illegal for presidents to ban journalists for doing their job. CNN is on strong legal grounds according to most legal experts such as Knight first amendment institute and firm Saul, Ewing and Lehr. CNN is supported by white house correspondents association and american civil liberty union.

Piggy's ego is so delicate, fragile & brittle. He didn't understand the importance of attending the ceremony in Paris for those who died in WW1. He's blaming his staff for not telling him it would be a world wide PR disaster by not attending. He's such a freaking imbecile.
Acosta wouldn't allow Piggy to bully him & now Piggy demonstrated his vindictiveness by taking away his access. If the media had half a brain they would attend his next press conference & when Piggy waddled to the podium, they should all leave in unison. He needs the press more than they need him. The POS can't be believed anyway.

Where does Piggy get off preaching to Teresa May, Macron & Merkel? They have forgotten more than he knows about leadership.

I wondered why Piggy would tweet the same thing/topic over & over & over. Turns out he has members of his staff identifying the tweets that have over 200k "likes" & they categorize them for future use. He certainly uses social media better than anyone in DC.
On the other hand he continually breaks security rules. During his first meeting with Australian prime minister Malcolm Turnbull, he invited Turnbull into his Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Only those with the highest US security clearance were allowed in the SCIF. It was/is an absolute rule intended to prevent someone from planting listening devices. This facility, a large steel room, had to be torn down after the meeting.

Ok thanks, I had never heard of an SCIF until your post. I just thought maybe a temporary structure put in place of G-20, scheduled to be dismantled anyways.
