Obama is a highly educated man. US presidents don’t make spur of the moment decisions. Presidents deliberate the course of action. Law enforcement has been doing crap like this for a long time now. Cops let gang members go free or drug dealers free and follow them to gather intelligence and uncover the network. Mine isn’t really a conspiracy. It’s the most objective and logical explanation.
