I've seen this comparison come up often. What they both have in common is this; both were in places doing things they shouldn't have been doing which resulted in deaths that didn't need to happen. Correct me if I am wrong but the officer involved in the Capital shooting was admonished of any crime. I bet the same result occurs in the ICE case, regardless of one's opinion of what happened / right or wrong, the courts will determine such.
