Serious vaccine injuries are very rare and always show up within weeks. Not months or years. 0.6% of people experience an allergic reaction. Roughly 7% of injury claims are paid. Billions of doses worldwide confirm benefits of vaccination outweigh rare risks. Without vaccination, there would have been far more deaths and hospitalizations in pandemic.

According to google search, Fauci helped to save millions of lives worldwide over decades. Champion public health mitigation and covid vaccine development that saved estimated 3.2 million lives. In addition, access to AIDS/HIV drugs. Infectious diseases response (h1n1, ebola, zika and sars).
Fauci had nothing to do with the covid vaccines and nothing to do with HIV/AIDS treatment.

I have a neighbor that lost their job and are in the market now but in some areas of the economy and age groups the length of time to find a job is YEARS, this labor market in some respects is brutal now. They had to go to the health insurance market to find a policy for them and thanks to Trump and this putrid bill passed the coverage available and premium is abysmal.
They had to settle on a 11k per person max out of pocket so 22k combined high deductible and high co-pay percentage plan and they pay 3k a month for this disgusting policy and they said to get even close to the kind of plan they had at an employer was not even available but the premiums for basic reasonable coverage is too high and they cannot afford an even moderate plan. Neither of the couple have large health issues and are around ten years from Medicare age and the very best they could find was 3k a month with 11k each max out of pocket and this was using a broker to find all choices and plans not just using one source.
The subsidized plans prior to this destruction via Trump would have been under 1k with an out of pocket of 3k I think is what the neighbor mentioned.
I have no idea how people can obtain medical coverage, I think what most are having to settle for is the catastrophic plans which really do nothing for day to day doctor visit or scripts those are all cash pay full rate where the plan does not even engage until you pass a max out of pocket sometimes that is 15k to 20k and then the overflow plan will step in.
I guess this is not considered inflation since the CPI only counts like ten items, this is an example of societal destruction that is not discussed or accounted for.
and am sure this same story is happening for millions of people all across the country because of the career criminal con artist trump. While trump and his crime family rake in billions hes destroying whole families American dreams.

That is the major flaw in human nature where people vote based on THEIR beliefs and their vision for what society should be and this shows a total gutter trash jerk like Trump got elected twice. People do not consider others when they are voting even though the vote is for society not for their own kingdom of politics. When we see the lousy Trump voters having buyers remorse that tells you they voted for the wrong reasons in the first place and it takes pain to THEM before they understand the impact this louse has on society.
If people were to keep their religious conservative AND liberal views in their own homes and not push them on society via voting, society would be better for it. Making an impact on society through your own religious or moral values should come by resonating your positive attributes while still maintaining an understanding and value of those who are NOT of your viewpoint. Most people do the opposite, they vote and broadcast their moral and religious views by force onto others when they should be doing the exact item in reverse. I have personal moral beliefs that are not shared in society yet I vote based on what BEST serves all of society not based on my personal beliefs and choices. A true Christian would not vote based on religion and biases they carry but based on what serves the greater good of ALL including and most importantly those who are NOT of your belief construct and make a positive impact with your moral beliefs by following Christ's teachings and actions not by forcing your religious will on others via voting.
