I listed facts to show why I believe that my conclusion is accurate. You lack the ability to generate an articulate argument. Because you can't form an articulate argument, you're sticking with this nonsensical rebuttal. Everyone reading this can see right through it.

BLM had a point when it started but it was hijacked by, what I believe, is a few who have poisoned some of the good in the movement (and I might add, the movement itself has been slow to distance itself from some of the very anti-police rhetoric).

Both.
I posted the statistics for death penalty cases last week. Here is for "justifiable homicide."

More self-proclaimed victories.
You cited an op-ed which produced unverifiable facts. You then took those facts and made a conclusion without showing causation.
It might work in less educated settings, but you are with the big boys here.

I'm curious as to your opinion regarding lack of witness cooperation as it pertains to charges/pleas/value of cases, and as it breaks down by race-
The video above is an example. Two people agreeing doesn' make it true, but they seem to have a strong opinion.

Absolutely there is truth to this. We can assume that the majority of the witnesses were also black, but that is a fact that is not known.
I do know that many minorities have a distrust of the legal system and that likely impacts the issue as well.
The flip side of this (which was not stated by Gawdy and barely referenced) is the resource dedication. I've seen a lot of cases of witness protection that are sadly disproportionate based on race not to mention the type of investigation conducted by the government.
Lack of cooperation has certainly hurt in bringing black on black killers to justice but as stated above, other factors are often at play as well.

There are more justifiable homicides because black men are so much more likely to be violent criminals. This fact is the reasoning that leads to the "justifiable" verdict.
In 2012, 4,631 whites were arrested for homicides and 5,095 blacks were arrested for homicides.
There are nearly 200,000,000 white people in this country. There are 46,000,000 black people.

Blacks are so much more likely to be doing something that would justify a homicide.
They commit a disproportionate amount of murder. A disproportionate amount of theft. A disproportionate amount of trespassing. A disproportionate amount of violent crime.
This all has to be taken into account and it never is in articles like the one djbrow posted.

Actually, crime is more associated with socio-economic status than race.
With that said, the article I cited showed statistics based on percentage. So, statistically, when a black man is killed by a white police officer, the officer is more likely to avoid a homicide charge than when a white police officer kills a white man.
It is not based on sheer numbers (because more whites are killed by police each year than blacks).

Right on. SJW's tend to forget that. It's sad that black and poor have become synonymous with one another.
28% of blacks live in poverty compared to 10% of whites.
A disproportionate amount of blacks live in poverty. A disproportionate amount of blacks commit violent crimes. A disproportionate amount of blacks are in prison. A disproportionate amount of blacks are killed by police.
So the question becomes, why are black people disproportionately poor?
Raising kids in broken homes and the welfare state.

Interesting-
Any data to back up the idea of fewer resources and lesser investigations based on race?
