Fact checker politifact rates "pants on fire" McCarthy's claim that no one is questioning legitimacy of presidential election.  This is contrary to actions and statements by numerous GOP lawmakers.  McCarthy objects to certifying two state elections won by Biden and claims electoral process concerns that remain unproven.  Republicans support and lost lawsuits challenging validity of election results.
