19 states allow mail ballots to be counted a few days after election day. This makes voting easier. Fact is fraud is very rare for mail voting. Each envelope must be marked by post office and has an unique bar code to prevent same code being used more than once.

That is true. Also true that it is typical that overseas ballots from service members and other state department staff get counted after.

Do Republicans alway pick there delegates before asking them if they even want the position? Or do they select them without asking after the election when they clearly have lost the it?

Furthermore, he claims immigrants take black and Hispanic American jobs. However studies show that immigrants for the most part do not take away jobs from Americans.
